The short answer

The Trading Pit sells CFD, futures and stock evaluations from a Liechtenstein company that publishes its register number, group and owner. Its contract makes the advertised 80% split a maximum it sets “in its reasonable discretion”, down to zero. Traders grant it a permanent license to use their trading data for its own trading. On the larger CFD accounts, the maximum loss trails the balance and a 1.5% risk limit per trade idea can end the account.

How it works

The Trading Pit sells separate programs for CFDs, futures and stocks. The table shows the main rules for each.

ProgramBefore fundingProfit targetDaily lossMaximum loss

  • CFD Prime maximum loss is static up to $50,000. On 1 Phase $100,000 and $200,000 and 2 Phases $100,000 accounts bought from 29 April 2026, it trails the end-of-day balance until it reaches the starting balance.
  • The CFD daily limit is set from the closing balance at 16:15 Central Time, and reaching it closes the account permanently.
  • CFD Prime needs 3 profitable days of at least 0.5%, except 1 Phase $100,000 and $200,000 accounts created from 6 July 2026, which need 3 trading days, profitable or not. CFD challenges have no time limit, but 21 days without a trade ends the account.
  • Stocks uses a 40% consistency rule in the challenge. A bigger best day raises the target instead of failing the account.

On a $50,000 Futures Prime account, the challenge asks for $3,000 of profit, with a $1,000 daily pause and a $2,000 maximum drawdown. Size is capped at 5 minis or 50 micros, and the cap grows with the account: 10 minis or 100 micros at $100,000, and 15 minis or 150 micros at $150,000.

What it costs

Prices for each program and size are in the price box on this page, quoted in euros for dollar-sized accounts. Four things the box cannot show:

  • The CFD fee comes back with your third payout on accounts bought from 29 April 2026. CFDs Instant and Futures Prime fees are not refunded.
  • Each reward loses 1% to cover transaction costs.
  • Futures market data above Level 1 costs extra.

Certifying as a professional on Rithmic carries a cost the firm sets out bluntly:

If you certify as a professional trader when accepting the Rithmic T&Cs, you will be invoiced the full professional data amount of $488.00 charged by the exchange. Failing to settle this invoice within 72 hours will result in account suspension and further legal action.

That is an exchange charge, not a fee to The Trading Pit, but the consequence of not paying it inside 72 hours is the firm’s.

  • Futures Prime has no activation fee for new accounts, but reset accounts pay one.

You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not traded.

Platforms and trading conditions

Platforms depend on which product you buy, and the futures list is not one list. The futures checkout offers ATAS, Quantower, Deepcharts (which the firm’s FAQ calls Volsys) and R | Trader Pro, and Futures Prime adds Tradovate and NinjaTrader. Futures accounts use Rithmic, dxFeed or Tradovate, with the connection chosen at checkout. TradingView is not a checkout choice, but the help center says it runs through Tradovate. Stocks run on Volumetrica. On the CFD side, the checkout offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader on CFD Prime, and MetaTrader 5 and cTrader on CFDs Instant.

  • CFD Prime leverage is 1:50 on forex, 1:15 on indices (1:10 on partner broker accounts), 1:10 on commodities and 1:2 on stocks and crypto. CFDs Instant runs a separate ladder: 1:30 on forex, 1:7.5 on metals, oils and indices, and 1:2 on crypto and stocks.
  • The help center and the contract give different news rules. The help center sets a rule per product: news trading is allowed on CFD accounts except the $100,000 and $200,000 sizes, where new trades and pending fills are barred 2 minutes either side of a high-impact release; it is allowed on CFDs Instant, on Futures Prime and on Stocks; and it is prohibited outright on Futures Classic. Schedule B of the General Terms carries no such carve-out: it prohibits News Bracketing outright, “Placing or opening orders in anticipation of the release of high-impact economic data or events; in particular, opening or closing positions within two (2) minutes before or after such a release is prohibited”, with no product, vertical or account-size limit, and clause 6.6 makes the prohibited list non-exhaustive rather than narrower.
  • Futures Prime and Stocks cannot hold overnight. Open positions are closed before the session ends. CFD Prime accounts may hold overnight and at weekends. CFDs Instant may too, except in commodities, energies, metals and crypto, which are closed automatically 10 minutes before the Friday session ends.
  • Several futures are suspended for now, including crude oil, natural gas and gold, and micro commodity positions are capped.
  • Gap trading, micro-scalping of 10 to 15 seconds, grid and martingale are banned on every account.

The rules that matter

The Trading Pit publishes its rules in detail. Four terms in its contract and help center decide what a trader can count on.

The 80% is a ceiling the firm sets

Clause A.3 of Schedule A says The Trading Pit “shall determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether and in what amount to grant a Reward”, at a rate of up to the maximum shown on the product page. The rate may be set below that maximum and down to zero, tied to how much of the trading data complies with the rules. A trader who meets every objective has no contractual claim to 80%.

The definition of Reward and the clause that sets it both turn on the same discretion:

“Reward means the payment, if any, determined by TTP in its reasonable discretion in accordance with Clause A.3 of Schedule A in respect of Compliant Trading Data generated by the User during a Reward Period. […] A.3 Reward Rate Where all prerequisites under Clause A.2 are cumulatively met, TTP shall determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether and in what amount to grant a Reward in respect of the relevant Reward Period. […] applying a Reward rate of up to the maximum Reward rate specified on the applicable Product description on our Website and/or at the point of order, applied to the notional profit reflected in the Trading Data during the relevant Reward Period. The Reward rate may be set below the maximum Reward rate and may range down to zero per cent (0%), including – in particular – where the Trading Data constitutes Compliant Trading Data only in part or not at all. An entitlement to payment of a Reward arises only once, and only to the extent that, TTP has determined a Reward in accordance with this Clause A.3.”

Your trading data is licensed to the firm for good

Clause 8 grants a “non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license” over all your trading data. Clause 8.2 lets the firm use it for its own proprietary trading, clause 8.3 says you get no share of what it earns, and clause 8.4 keeps the license after the relationship ends.

The grant is made in these words:

“By accepting these GTC, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, process, aggregate, analyze, and commercialize all Trading Data generated by you through your Demo Trading Account (including all positions, timestamps, volumes, and price data). […] We are entitled to use the generated Trading Data in particular as follows: (i) for our own proprietary securities trading for our own account; (ii) for disclosure to Affiliated Companies , brokers, or other third parties […] (iii) for the development, improvement, and commercialization of trading systems and algorithms […] You are not entitled to any Rewards beyond Schedule A for the use of your Trading Data by us or third parties, regardless of the economic success we may achieve with such data. […] The data license granted under this Clause 8 shall survive termination of the contractual relationship – regardless of the reason – in full.”

You may review the firm, but not quote it

Clause 16 protects truthful statements, reviews based on actual experience and contact with authorities. It makes all communications from the firm confidential, including decisions on your account, so a trader may say a payout was refused but not publish the firm’s reasons. A breach lets the firm withhold undetermined rewards.

Clause 16 draws the line between the two:

“All communications between TTP and you – including support messages, Client Area notifications, email correspondence, and decisions on your account – are confidential and may not be published on public or semi-public platforms or made accessible to third parties without our prior written consent , regardless of the communication channel . Not covered are: (i) factual consumer reviews without disclosure of the content of TTP’s communications […] A breach of Clause 16.1 or 16.2 entitles us to: […] (ii) withholding of Rewards not yet determined under Schedule A pending clarification; and (iii) in the case of a documented breach, termination of the contract with immediate effect and a permanent ban […] Where we have withheld Rewards pursuant to (ii) above and have a damages claim arising from the breach, we may, upon completion of the Reward determination under Schedule A, deduct the amount of such claim from the Reward so determined. […] If you do not contest the deduction through the complaints procedure in Clause 12 within fourteen (14) Calendar Days of such notification, the deduction shall be deemed accepted.”

What the risk-per-trade-idea rule means on a $100,000 CFD account

A trade idea is not one order. On a 1 Phase $100,000 account the limit is 1.5%, so $1,500, with a reminder at $1,000. The firm applies the rule to 1 Phase $100,000 and $200,000 accounts whenever they were bought, and to other accounts created before 29 May 2026. What counts toward it is wider than most readers will expect.

The firm states the limit and its purpose in the same breath:

At The Trading Pit, risk per trade idea is limited to: Maximum risk: 1.5% of your initial account balance […] This rule exists to ensure traders can survive losing trades and trade sustainably over the long term.

Positions are grouped before the limit is applied, and the firm closes the obvious workaround itself:

aggregated and treated as one trade idea, even if they are: Opened at different times, Split into multiple entries, Using different lot sizes […] Splitting trades does not reduce total risk.

Correlation counts too. The risk rule itself defines a trade idea as a single instrument or a group of correlated instruments. The firm’s worked case of that sits in the companion rule on margin used per trade idea, where three legs of one view count as a single idea:

A trader believes the USD will weaken and opens: Buy EUR/USD, Buy GBP/USD, Sell USD/CHF. These trades are correlated and treated as one trade idea. Combined margin across all positions must stay below 40%.

The 40% ceiling in that example belongs to the margin rule. The grouping is what carries over: those same three legs are one idea against the 1.5% risk limit.

What happens when you cross it is a ladder, not a single event:

Reminder Sent when risk reaches 1% per trade idea […] First violation First warning + forced position closure […] Second violation Account breach

Risk is measured on stop-loss levels and overall exposure, so trading without a stop does not take you outside the rule. The firm says the opposite: “Using no stop loss increases calculated risk and may trigger warnings or violations faster.”

And the same rule is enforced two different ways depending on the size of your account.

The automation of the rules regarding risk per trade idea and margin used per trade idea will be removed for accounts up to and including 50K. These rules will continue to apply, as they do for all CFD Prime accounts, both Challenge and Earning accounts. The only difference is that, for accounts up to and including 50K, these rules will now be monitored manually by our Risk Team.

Above $50,000 the limit is applied by software. At or below it, a person decides. The rule is identical either way, but what a trader actually experiences when they approach the line is not.

Elsewhere it also recommends “keeping your margin use below 30% per trade idea and your risk below 1.5%–2% per trade idea”. That is guidance and reads looser than the rule; the limit itself is the flat 1.5%.

What The Trading Pit says

Right of reply: closed without a response. Four findings in this review, all from The Trading Pit’s own General Terms, were put to the firm on 6 September 2026; the window ran to 20 September and no answer arrived. If The Trading Pit does respond, its answer will be added here exactly as written.

The Trading Pit has not addressed our finding that its contract treats the advertised profit share as a maximum the firm sets at its own discretion, rather than a rate a passing trader is entitled to. That point remains unanswered.

Getting paid

The Trading Pit pays up to 80% on CFDs and futures. The rules differ by program:

  • CFD Prime: first reward 14 days after the Earning account opens, then every 14 days above $100. The $100,000 and $200,000 1 Phase accounts created after 5 July 2026 add a 50% consistency rule, which caps your best day at 50% of your positive days’ profit.
  • CFDs Instant: every 14 days above $200, each capped at $2,500 or 50% of profit, whichever is lower, with a 30% consistency rule.
  • Futures Prime: 5 profitable days of at least $150 before each reward, then up to 50% of profit, capped at $2,500, $3,500 or $5,000 by account size.
  • Rewards are paid by bank wire or crypto, from same day for crypto to 5 to 7 business days for SWIFT. Identity must be verified before the first payout, and the firm may check it at any time, including before funding.
  • CFD accounts scale by 25% after two months, two payouts and 10% profit.

What can end your account

These rules can end a Trading Pit account. Each comes from its own help center and Terms:

  • Touching the CFD daily or maximum loss limit, or the futures maximum drawdown.
  • A second violation of the 1.5% risk-per-trade-idea rule. The first forces the positions closed with a warning; the second breaches the account. Or a third 1% position loss on CFDs Instant.
  • 21 days without a trade, or 14 days on stocks, counted from purchase.
  • Gap trading, HFT, micro-scalping, or hedging across accounts or correlated assets.
  • Sharing a device or IP address with other traders.

The rules can also change while you trade. Under clause 19, The Trading Pit may amend its Terms, including the schedules that hold the pass and breach rules, and a change counts as accepted if you do not object within 14 days of the notice. Product rule changes normally apply to new purchases, but the firm may apply them to an active account to protect platform integrity, to counter newly identified abusive practices, or for legal reasons.

Who can join

The Trading Pit’s Terms name no restricted countries, but its help center lists them:

  • No service at all in Burundi, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, South Sudan and Sudan.
  • No futures in a further list including Russia, Belarus, Iraq, Afghanistan and Albania.
  • The client area shows only the products available in your country.
  • Individuals only, aged 18 or over.

Why this grade

The Trading Pit’s rule fairness costs it most: your payout share can be cut on suspicion, and payout terms can move mid-account by email. A trailing loss limit on its typical forex plan adds to that, and neither payouts nor support has been scored.

Part and scoreThe reason
Rule fairness (20% of the grade)
52/100 · Fair
Your reward rate can be cut for up to six months on suspicion alone, payout timing and minimum can change mid-account by email, and the advertised 24-hour payout is 30 days in the contract.
Trading conditions (20% of the grade)
65/100 · Fair
On the typical forex plan the maximum loss trails, the target runs about half again above it, and a daily loss limit and consistency rule apply.
Company trust (15% of the grade)
74/100 · Good
Publishing the firm's messages to you breaches the contract, its terms page links an older version that sends funded traders to another company, and passing traders sign an agreement they could not read first.
Challenge value (15% of the grade)
60/100 · Fair
Priced in euros, the cheapest forex route is EUR 569 for a $100,000 one-phase challenge, about $6.36 per $1,000 of capital.
Payout reliability (25% of the grade)
Not scored
No payout from The Trading Pit has been followed to the bank and no public payout records are held, so payout reliability is set aside rather than scored.
Support (5% of the grade)
Not scored
The Trading Pit's support has not been through a responder test, which no firm has had yet.

Accurate?

Our verdict

The Trading Pit offers a fully named Liechtenstein company, three markets and a review clause that protects honest reviews, but a discretionary reward rate, a permanent data license and rules that change by account size and purchase date limit what a trader can count on.

Best for

  • Traders who want to know exactly which company they are dealing with.
  • CFD traders on accounts up to $50,000 who want a static floor. Treat news trading as restricted whatever the help center says, because the contract prohibits it across the board.
  • Futures day traders who want no activation fee.

Avoid if

  • You want a fixed profit split written into the contract.
  • You hold futures overnight.
  • You size up across correlated pairs on a large CFD account. They count as one trade idea against a 1.5% limit.

Questions traders ask

Which company am I contracting with?

The Trading Pit Challenge GmbH, registered in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, under commercial register number FL-0002.693.417-1, with Daniela Egli as chief executive. The group also includes The Trading Pit AG, The Trading Pit Champions GmbH and The Trading Pit Limited.

Is the maximum drawdown static or trailing?

It depends on the account size and purchase date. CFD Prime accounts up to $50,000 use a static limit. The 1 Phase $100,000 and $200,000 and 2 Phases $100,000 accounts bought from 29 April 2026 trail the end-of-day balance until it reaches the starting balance. CFDs Instant, Futures Prime and Stocks all trail.

Do the percentages stay the same across sizes?

No. On 2 Phases the daily limit is 5% and the maximum 10% up to $20,000, then 4% and 8% from $50,000.

Why do some checkout options not work?

Not every program comes in every size. 2 Phases stops at $100,000, and CFDs Instant is sold only at $5,000, $10,000 and $20,000. The client area also hides products that are not available in your country.

Which countries are excluded?

The help center lists Burundi, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, South Sudan and Sudan as fully restricted, plus a longer list of countries where futures are not offered, including Russia, Belarus and Iraq. The Terms themselves name no country.

What is the profit share?

Up to 80% on CFDs and futures. Clause A.3 of the Terms lets The Trading Pit set the rate below that maximum, down to zero, in its reasonable discretion, and 1% is deducted from each reward for transaction costs.

Facts checked: 9 October 2026, against The Trading Pit’s help center, product pages and General Terms. No payout independently verified. Right of reply: four of The Trading Pit’s findings went to the firm on 6 September 2026 and drew no reply by 20 September.

Contract findings

  1. 6.7.3; 6.8.3; 6.8.3.1; 6.8.4 · General Terms and Conditions

TTP may cut a trader's Reward rate, Reward frequency, lot size and risk per trade on suspicion alone, and keep those measures in place for up to 180 calendar days without ever confirming a breach. Clause 6.8.2 says interim measures do not require conclusive proof, only that TTP has documented the grounds for its suspicion, and it promises that a withheld Reward is released and parameter adjustments are reversed where no breach is confirmed. Clause 6.8.4 then expressly removes the 6.8.3 measures from that protection: they are 'not subject to automatic reversal under Clause 6.8.2'. So the one category of measure that reduces what a trader is paid, rather than merely delaying it, is the category that is never automatically undone. The drafting is careful in other respects and that should be said: there is a hard 180-day ceiling, a reassessment every 90 days, notification in Text Form with a summary of the basis, and a route to the complaints procedure at Clause 12. What none of that provides is any restoration of the Rewards determined at the reduced rate while the suspicion was live and unproven. The trigger is also broad, covering suspected patterns that the clause itself concedes are 'by their nature, difficult to conclusively confirm or refute'.

  2. 1.1; 1.2 · General Terms and Conditions

Eligibility at clause 1.1 is made conditional on the Restricted Jurisdictions rules, and clause 1.2 is the whole of those rules. It asserts that restrictions exist, transfers the duty to identify them onto the buyer, requires the buyer to confirm compliance at registration, and reserves a right to block. It names no country. The defined term Restricted Jurisdictions resolves only back to the clause itself. So a buyer is asked to warrant compliance with a list the contract does not publish, and the firm retains a discretionary block. This is the opposite failure from the enumerated-list problem elsewhere on the roster, where a published list and a binding list disagree; here there is a binding condition and no list at all to check it against.

  3. 1.5 · General Terms and Conditions

One Client Account per person, enforced with three cumulative consequences: immediate termination of every affected account without notice, refusal of any refund of fees already paid, and forfeiture of all Reward entitlements generated on tainted accounts or during the period of the conduct. The forfeiture reaches money the trader has already earned, and its scope is defined by the period the firm identifies rather than by any connection between the second registration and the trading that produced the Rewards. Detection is described as partly automated. The clause does give an express right to contest a forfeiture through the Clause 12 complaints procedure, which several contracts on this roster do not, and Clause 4.6 supplies a further route where the decision was taken solely by automated means.

  4. 14.2 (first sentence); 3.7.1 · General Terms and Conditions

Clause 14.2 gives either side a no-reasons termination right on seven calendar days' notice, and routes the consequences to Clause 3.7, which is the no-refund clause. The right is reciprocal in form, and the reciprocity is worth stating, but its effect is not symmetrical: a trader who has paid for a challenge and is part way through it loses the fee whichever side pulls the trigger, while TTP gives up only the remainder of a service it has already been paid for. Clause 15.2 closes the other door by providing that lawfully imposed measures give rise to no entitlement to compensation. The list of good-cause grounds at 14.2.1 to 14.2.9 sits on top of this as an immediate-effect route; the seven-day route needs no ground at all.

  5. 14.2.5; 14.2.8 · General Terms and Conditions

Two of the nine enumerated grounds for immediate termination reach a trader's speech. Clause 14.2.5 makes a breach of the Clause 16 confidentiality and non-disparagement obligations good cause. Clause 14.2.8 goes further and does not require a breach of anything: it is enough that continuing to serve the trader would, in TTP's reasoned judgment, expose TTP to reputational risk. Clause 16.2 does protect truthful statements, objective opinion and reviews based on actual experience, so a truthful critical review is not a 14.2.5 breach. It could still be the reason continued service is judged to carry reputational risk, and 14.2.8 supplies an independent ground when 14.2.5 does not. The standard is 'reasoned judgment', which is better than sole discretion and imports an obligation to give reasons, but the judgment is the firm's own and the subject of it is the firm's own reputation.

  6. 16.1; 16.2; 16.3 · General Terms and Conditions

This clause is drafted better than the equivalent on most of the roster and that should be said first. It expressly protects truthful statements, objective opinion, reviews based on actual experience, and any communication with authorities, courts or consumer protection bodies. It does not, as several roster contracts do, forbid criticism as such. What it does forbid is publishing what the firm said. Clause 16.1 makes every support message, account decision and item of correspondence confidential, and the review carve-out at 16.1(i) is expressly limited to reviews made without disclosing the content of TTP's communications. So a trader whose payout is refused may say publicly that it was refused, but may not publish the firm's explanation for refusing it, which is the part a reader would need to judge the account. Clause 16.3 then attaches a remedy that reaches the money: rewards not yet determined may be withheld pending clarification, and a damages claim arising from the breach may be deducted from the reward once determined, with the deduction deemed accepted if not contested within fourteen days.

  7. 21.1(ii); A.10 (closing paragraph) · General Terms and Conditions

The GTC contradict themselves on whether the published profit split binds the firm. Clause 21.1(ii) carves the Reward parameters published on the Website at the time of the order out of the general rule that the GTC prevail, and says those published parameters prevail as to their own subject matter, which reads as a promise that the advertised rate is a term. The closing paragraph of Schedule A says the opposite in terms: the Reward rates published on the Website are indicative only and do not constitute a binding commitment. Schedule A wins, because both the Introduction and Clause 21.1(i) provide that a Schedule prevails over the main body in its area of regulation, and Reward rates are squarely Schedule A's area. This is the sentence that settles the existing finding ttp-advertised-profit-share-is-a-ceiling-not-an-entitlement, and it was not in the text quoted there.

  8. 22 (definition of Compliant Trading Data); A.2.4 · General Terms and Conditions

Every payout turns on whether the trading data is Compliant Trading Data. Clause A.3 sets the Reward rate by reference to the extent to which it is, and A.2.4 makes it a precondition of being considered at all. The criteria are not in the contract. They are 'published in our Help Center' under A.2.4, and 'published on the Website' under the Clause 22 definition, which are not the same surface, and they are expressly 'not limited to' the three the definition names, and the three named ones are themselves evaluative rather than measurable: consistency of the trading strategy, risk management discipline, and strict adherence to the Trading Rules. Clause 21.1(ii) provides that the GTC prevail over Help Center content, with a carve-out for Product Parameters, Product Objectives, fees and Reward parameters. The Compliant Trading Data criteria are none of those four, so the Help Center text that actually decides whether a trader gets paid is not even the operative document.

  9. 5.1.2; 13.2; 13.4 · General Terms and Conditions

The 14-day consumer withdrawal right at Clause 13.1 is real, and TTP's handling of it is more careful than most on this roster: it confirms receipt on a durable medium and refunds within 14 days by the original payment method with no fee. But it ends at the first demo trade, not at the end of the 14 days. Clause 13.2 treats opening that trade as both an express request to begin early and an acknowledgement that the Services are then deemed fully performed, which is the combination that extinguishes the right under EU-style distance selling rules. Clause 5.1.2 gives the same warning at the point of activation. The practical window is therefore the period before a buyer places a single trade on a product they have already paid for. Clause 13.4 removes the right entirely from anyone acting as an entrepreneur within the meaning of Clause 1.7, a status the contract defines but never asks the buyer to declare.

  10. 7 (unnumbered paragraph, heading 'The Funded Phase') · General Terms and Conditions

Meeting every published objective does not entitle a trader to the thing they bought. Clause 7 makes entry into the Funded Phase conditional on TTP's approval and reserves a right to refuse it at reasonable discretion, giving indications of Prohibited Trading Practices only as an example rather than as the limit. Clause A.8(a) supplies the procedural companion, allowing a pass determination itself to be withheld or suspended pending review. Two things soften this. The discretion is expressed as reasonable, not sole. And A.9(ii) requires a confirmed material breach, or a finding that the data is not Compliant Trading Data, before an upgrade is refused after a review. But the standing Clause 7 reservation is not drafted as being limited to those review outcomes, and Clause 3.7 owes no refund when access is not granted.

  11. 7.1 · General Terms and Conditions for the Exchange Games and Services (PDF linked from the Legal Documents page)

The firm's Legal Documents page links a "Terms and Conditions" PDF that is not the current General Terms and Conditions V5.08.26 shown as a web page. The PDF carries no version, its file metadata dates it to November 2022, and it differs in substance: it gives the registered office as Landstrasse 63, Vaduz, where the website footer gives Heiligkreuz 6, and at clause 7.1 it sends a trader who passes a Futures Challenge to a different company, The Trading Pit Champions GmbH, which may offer a contract "at their sole discretion", with The Trading Pit Challenge GmbH "not a party in any way". The current GTC instead keep the Funded Phase with The Trading Pit Challenge GmbH under Schedule A. Neither document says the PDF is superseded. A buyer who downloads the terms from the Legal Documents page reads a contract that differs from the one the web page presents.

  12. 8.1; 8.2; 8.3; 8.4 · General Terms and Conditions

Accepting the terms grants an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free license over every trade the user makes, and clause 8.2(i) states the purpose plainly: the firm may use that data for its own proprietary securities trading for its own account. Clause 8.3 forecloses any share of what the firm earns from it, in terms, regardless of the economic success achieved. Clause 8.4 keeps the license alive in full after the relationship ends, for any reason. The firm is unusually direct about this compared with peers who bury the same grant in a privacy notice, and the disclosure is to its credit. The substance is still that a trader pays a fee to generate data, and the firm keeps the commercial value of that data permanently.

  13. A.5 · General Terms and Conditions

Clause A.5 lets TTP deduct its own asserted claims from a Reward it has already determined and which is due for payment. The four heads are wide: any breach of the GTC including the Trading Rules, an abusive chargeback, losses, damages or additional costs including third-party costs attributable to a breach, and any unpaid Product Fees. The amount is set by TTP, not established anywhere first, and the trader has 14 calendar days to contest it through the Clause 12 complaints procedure or it is deemed accepted. This is distinct from the deduction power at Clause 16.3, which is confined to damages claims arising from a confidentiality or non-disparagement breach. The clause preserves the trader's statutory rights and their right to go to court, which is a real limit on the deemed-acceptance mechanic and should be read with it. Clause A.5 also closes with a statement that past Reward payments create no expectation of future payments at the same amount or rate.

  14. A.6 · General Terms and Conditions

The 14-day payout cycle and the $100 minimum are the two payout terms a buyer is most likely to compare across firms, and neither is in the contract. Both live on the Website, and Clause A.6 reserves the right to adjust them with no notice period, no consent and no objection right, communicated by email and applying to all future Reward Periods. That last phrase matters: the change is not limited to new orders, so it reaches a trader who is already funded and already trading. Clause 19.1's 14-day notice and deemed-acceptance mechanism governs amendments to the GTC and its Schedules; A.6 is a standing authority inside Schedule A that does not depend on it.

  15. A.7; A.8 · General Terms and Conditions

The CFDs page tells a buyer that payout requests are evaluated within one working day and that payouts are processed within 24 business hours. The contract commits to neither figure. Clause A.7 gives TTP up to 30 calendar days from the determination to pay, and the determination itself sits behind Clause A.8, which reserves a compliance review before every Reward payment, states only that reviews are 'generally' completed within 14 calendar days, and contemplates a review running past 30 calendar days with nothing more owed than a status update. The two periods run in sequence, so the contractual outside case is materially longer than a month while the advertised case is a day.

  16. Do you offer Demo or Live Accounts? (help-center article) · Help Center: Do you offer Demo or Live Accounts?

The help center says a trader who passes the Challenge must sign a Signal Provider Agreement, sent by the firm, before receiving the Scaling Plan account, and a second help-center article says the Gambling Policy "forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and Signal Provider Agreement". The General Terms and Conditions V5.08.26 do not mention a Signal Provider Agreement: clause 21.1 says the GTC, their Schedules and the Product order "constitute the entire agreement", and Schedule A sets out the Funded Phase terms itself. The Signal Provider Agreement is not published, so a buyer pays for the Challenge without being able to read a contract they must sign to reach the funded stage, or tell how it relates to the GTC, under which (clause 2.5.2) Rewards are consideration for Compliant Trading Data.

  17. 10.2 · General Terms and Conditions

Damages claims are excluded as the general rule and then restored for the categories that cannot lawfully be excluded: injury to life, limb or health, breach of cardinal obligations, and intentional or grossly negligent breach. Outside those, total liability is capped at the Product Fees paid in the preceding 180 calendar days. For a trader whose complaint is that a platform failure cost them a funded account, the measure of the cap is the challenge fee, not the Reward foregone, and lost profits are separately excluded. Clause 10.6 preserves statutory warranty claims and non-excludable consumer rights, and Clause 11.2 gives a fee-reduction remedy for defective performance, so the cap is not absolute. The carve-outs are drafted in the German and Liechtenstein idiom and track what that law would require in any event.

  18. 19.1; 19.2 · General Terms and Conditions

The firm may amend the terms and their schedules at any time, and silence for fourteen days after notice is deemed acceptance. The notice obligation, the express duty to draw attention to the right to object, and the fourteen-day period are all more protective than the immediate-on-posting formulations common on this roster. Two things still weigh against the trader. Schedule amendments covering product parameters, objectives and prohibited trading practices may take effect without prior notice where they affect only new orders, and may reach already active accounts on grounds the firm assesses itself, namely platform integrity, newly identified abusive practices, or legal reasons. And the rules that decide whether an account passes or breaches live in exactly those schedules, so the parameters a trader is judged against are amendable by a route that does not require their agreement.

  19. 19.3 · General Terms and Conditions

TTP may discontinue products, account sizes, trading platforms and third-party providers at sole discretion. The clause protects active products, saying such changes do not affect the terms of products already active, which is a real limit and reads together with the binding-parameters promise at Clauses 5.3 and 5.4. The protection has two openings. It yields where a change is required for legal or operational reasons, and 'operational' is undefined. And the final sentence deals with the most likely event squarely: if a third-party provider discontinues or materially changes its services, TTP may substitute an equivalent provider with no refund entitlement arising. A trader who chose a product for its platform has bought no right to that platform.

  20. 2.2.1; 2.2.2 · General Terms and Conditions

Clause 2.2.2 is a self-assessment presented as a conclusion. The firm states what it 'considers', and that the Services 'have been designed on the basis' that financial-sector law does not apply to them in the countries where they are offered. It is not a determination by any regulator, and the clause covers every country the firm sells into rather than any particular one. The second half of the clause is unusually direct and to the firm's credit: it states in terms that TTP is neither supervised nor regulated by the Liechtenstein FMA or any comparable authority, and that the trader therefore enjoys no regulatory protection. The Help Center captured on the same day puts the same point as 'We do not provide any financial services therefore are under no need for regulation', which is the conclusion without the qualifier.

  21. 20.3 · General Terms and Conditions

For any trader who counts as an entrepreneur under Clause 1.7, the venue clause runs one way. The trader must sue in Vaduz, described as the exclusive place of jurisdiction. TTP reserves the right to sue the trader either in Vaduz or at the trader's own registered office or principal place of business, so the exclusivity binds only one party. Clause 20.2 protects consumers from being deprived of the mandatory protections of their habitual residence, and a consumer is not caught by 20.3 at all, so the asymmetry is confined to traders acting in a commercial or independent professional capacity. Clause 1.7 defines that status but the contract never asks the buyer to state which side of the line they fall on.

  22. 20.4 · General Terms and Conditions

The firm states that it will not take part in alternative dispute resolution before any consumer arbitration board or other ADR body. The choice of law and forum themselves are coherent rather than adverse, which is worth recording: the contracting entity is registered in Vaduz and clause 20.1 chooses Liechtenstein law, so unlike several firms on this roster the governing law matches where the company actually sits, and clause 20.2 preserves the mandatory consumer protections of the buyer's habitual residence. The consequence of 20.4 is narrower but real. After the internal complaints procedure at clause 12 is exhausted, a consumer's remaining route is a court rather than a low-cost ADR body, and for a disputed reward that will often cost more than the amount in dispute.

  23. 21.2 · General Terms and Conditions

TTP may move the contract, or parts of it, to any Affiliated Company without asking. Affiliated Companies is defined at Clause 22 by common control and is not limited by jurisdiction, so the counterparty a trader ends up with need not be a Liechtenstein company at all, and the footer of the captured pages shows the group already includes a Cyprus entity. Transfers outside the group are treated differently and better: they need the trader's consent, or failing that 14 days' notice, a right to object and a right to terminate on the transfer date. The trader may not assign anything without TTP's written consent.

  24. 3.4 · General Terms and Conditions

Clause 3.4 contemplates fees beyond the purchase price, and names the one that matters: fees payable on successful completion of an evaluation or challenge. It then reserves the right to introduce, modify, remove or reintroduce fees at any time at TTP's discretion. The sentence that follows is the counterweight and is genuinely protective: the fees in effect and published on the relevant Product Category page at the time of the order are binding for that order, which Clause 21.1(ii) reinforces by giving published fees precedence over the GTC as to their own subject matter. The risk is therefore not that the price of a bought product changes, but that a fee payable at a later phase of that product was never a headline price at all. The Help Center captured on 2026-09-15 confirms an activation fee is live in practice: new Futures Prime accounts from 26 March 2026 have none, but existing accounts and reset breached accounts pay one before progressing to the Earning phase.

  25. 4.4 · General Terms and Conditions

The software a trader actually trades on is not TTP's, and its provider's own terms and privacy policy apply on top of the GTC. Clause 4.4 neither names the provider nor links the terms, saying only that TTP draws attention to them separately and recommends the trader review them before use. TTP disclaims liability for the third party's failures, availability restrictions and errors except where attributable to TTP or caused by TTP's intent or gross negligence, which sits alongside Clause 10.3's contrary statement that TTP is liable for the fault of platform providers involved in its service provision. The Help Center captured on the same day shows what this means in practice for the futures line: a buyer must accept Rithmic's terms on Rithmic's own website before the account can be activated.

  26. 5.1.3; 22 (definition of Inactivity Period); 3.7.1(iv) · General Terms and Conditions

A paid product expires, with the fee forfeited, if the trader does not open a first demo trade inside the Inactivity Period, and Clause 5.2 applies the same forfeiture to each later phase of a multi-phase product. The period itself is not in the contract. The definition at Clause 22 places it in the Help Center, and Clause 19.2 permits amendments to Product Parameters affecting new orders to take effect without prior notice. The Help Center captured on 2026-09-15 states 21 days of inactivity for CFD challenges, so a figure does exist first-party, but it is not a contractual term and the contract does not say it cannot change. Clause 14.1 gives TTP a parallel termination right on the same trigger.

  27. 9.4 · General Terms and Conditions

Anything a trader sends TTP as feedback or a suggestion becomes TTP's to use, exploit and develop, unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free and with no obligation to pay. It is a small clause and a common one, but on a firm whose central IP position is the Clause 8 data license it completes the picture: the trading a trader does is licensed to the firm forever under Clause 8, and the ideas they volunteer about the product are taken outright under 9.4. Clause 15.3 lists Clause 9 among the provisions that survive termination.

  28. Header ('GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS'); 3.2 · General Terms and Conditions

The document carries the string V5.08.26 under its title and no other self-description: no effective date, no last-updated line, no revision history, and no archive of superseded versions anywhere in the text captured on 2026-09-15. V5.08.26 is capable of being read as version 5 of August 2026 but the document never says so. That matters more here than it would elsewhere, because Clause 3.1 binds a registrant to the version published at registration and Clause 3.2 binds each order to the version published at the time of that order, expressly noting the two may differ. The contract therefore makes the identity of the governing version legally decisive while giving the trader no dated identifier by which to establish which version they accepted.

  29. Introduction; site footer ('TTP Group') · General Terms and Conditions

The contracting party is The Trading Pit Challenge GmbH, FL-0002.693.417-1, seated in Vaduz, and the footer gives its registered address as Heiligkreuz 6, 9490 Vaduz. The same footer discloses three further group companies that are not parties to the GTC: The Trading Pit AG (FL-0002.688.743-6) as holding company, The Trading Pit Champions GmbH (FL-0002.693.413-9) which provides the platform services, and The Trading Pit Limited (HE 431291, a Cyprus registration number) which provides business and administration services. This is not a mismatch and the disclosure is better than most on this roster: the buyer is told who they contract with and told who else is involved. It is recorded because the entity that operates the platform is a different company from the one that owes the trader, because Clause 21.2 permits transfer to any of them, and because Clauses 6.8.1 and 8.2 extend the firm's powers and data rights across Affiliated Companies.

  30. 10.4 · General Terms and Conditions

Favorable to the trader and recorded for that reason. The indemnity is one sentence and carries three limits that the broad indemnities elsewhere on this roster do not: it reaches only third-party claims, only justified ones, and only those arising from a culpable breach or unlawful use, so fault is required. There is no obligation to indemnify against the firm's own costs, no duty to defend, no fee-shifting and no indemnity for claims arising from the firm's own conduct.

  31. 15.1.1; 15.1.5 · General Terms and Conditions

Favorable to the trader and recorded for that reason. Clause 15 sets out a graduated sanctions ladder expressly subject to proportionality, starting with a warning and an opportunity to be heard. The permanent ban at the top is confined by the word 'exclusively' to four cases: proven fraud, identity abuse, repeated serious breaches after a prior warning, and a single breach TTP reasonably assesses as a material threat to platform integrity, the simulation, the Trading Data or its business model. The fourth is the open one. Before any formal ban the trader gets at least seven calendar days to make a statement, and the clause is candid that access may already have been suspended during that period. Clause 12.1 extends the complaints procedure to every Clause 15 measure.

  32. 3.7.2; 10.6; 20.2 · General Terms and Conditions

Favorable to the trader and recorded for that reason. Three separate clauses preserve non-excludable consumer rights rather than attempting to contract around them: the no-refund rule yields to the statutory withdrawal right, the fee-reduction remedy at Clause 11 and any other mandatory reimbursement entitlement; the liability limits yield to statutory warranty claims and non-excludable consumer rights; and the choice of Liechtenstein law does not displace the mandatory protections of the consumer's country of habitual residence. The last is the most valuable in practice, because it means a consumer in an EU member state keeps their home protections despite Clause 20.1. It applies only to consumers as defined at Clause 1.7.1, and Clause 20.4's refusal of alternative dispute resolution leaves the courts as the route to enforcing them.

  33. 3.8 · General Terms and Conditions

Favorable to the trader and recorded for that reason. Several contracts on this roster treat any chargeback as a breach. This one does not. Only a chargeback that is demonstrably fraudulent or malicious is a breach, the word 'demonstrably' puts the burden on the firm, and the clause closes by stating in terms that the trader's statutory right to initiate a chargeback with their payment provider is unaffected. The consequences where the standard is met are real: immediate cessation of the affected service, damages claims, the Clause 15 sanctions ladder, and immediate termination for good cause under Clause 14.2.4.

  34. 4.5.2 · General Terms and Conditions

Clause 4.5.2 prohibits automated retrieval or extraction of data by scraping, crawling or similar methods without TTP's express written permission. It sits in a list headed 'Prohibited Use' that is expressly about the Client Area, Dashboard and Trading Platform, which are the password-protected surfaces, rather than about the public marketing pages. Recorded at informational weight because it restricts a trader's own use of their own account data and because it bears on anyone, trader or reviewer, who tries to verify the firm's published figures at scale. Breach feeds Clause 15's sanctions ladder and Clause 14.2.9's material-breach termination ground.

  35. 4.6 · General Terms and Conditions

Favorable to the trader and recorded for that reason. Where an adverse decision is taken solely by automated processing, Clause 4.6 gives a right to human intervention, to state a case and to contest, by a reviewer with authority to reverse the decision, inside 30 calendar days extendable to 90 with reasons given. Two features go beyond what Article 22 GDPR requires on its face. The decision does not become final, including any forfeiture of Rewards, refusal of a refund or permanent ban, until the review completes. And if TTP misses its own deadline, the restriction lapses automatically and access is restored, which converts a procedural promise into a self-executing remedy. Clause 12.2 preserves the general complaints route alongside it. The trade-off is stated honestly: access stays restricted while the review runs.

  36. 4.7; 16.3; A.12 · General Terms and Conditions

Favorable to the trader and recorded for that reason. A determined Reward survives the end of the relationship whatever ends it, including the trader closing their own account, and Clause 16.3 repeats the point for a confidentiality or non-disparagement breach, where only Rewards not yet determined may be withheld. The line the contract draws is between money already determined under Clause A.3 and money not yet determined, and it is drawn consistently in all three places. Two exceptions are carved out and they are narrow: a determination procured by fraud, and underlying data tainted by a breach of the Trading Rules. The second is broader than it first reads, because breach is assessed under Clause A.8 and can be found during a Challenge Phase as well as a Funded Phase. The set-off at Clause A.5 operates against these same determined Rewards.

  37. 5.3; 5.4; 19.2 · General Terms and Conditions

Favorable to the trader and recorded for that reason. The rules a trader bought on are contractual terms, not marketing. Clauses 5.3 and 5.4 pull the published Product Parameters and Product Objectives into the Product Contract as at the order date and make them binding on TTP as well as the trader for the duration of the phase, and Clause 21.1(ii) gives them precedence over the GTC in their own subject matter. Clause 19.2 confines mid-product changes to those required to protect platform integrity, counter newly identified abusive practices, or meet legal or regulatory requirements, and requires reasonable advance notice when they reach an active product. This is the direct answer to the retroactive rule change that recurs across this roster. It does not extend to Reward rates, which the closing paragraph of Schedule A makes indicative only.

  38. A.3 of Schedule A; Definitions, "Reward" · General Terms and Conditions

The profit share the site advertises is a ceiling in the contract, not a term of it. The CFDs page tells a buyer they can earn between 50% and 80% profit share by level. Clause A.3 makes that figure the maximum of a rate TTP determines itself, states that the rate may be set below it and may fall to zero per cent, and provides that an entitlement to payment arises only once and only to the extent TTP has made that determination. The buyer's claim is therefore to a discretionary determination rather than to a percentage of their profit. Two qualifiers belong in any fair reading and are recorded here deliberately. The discretion is expressed as reasonable rather than sole, which is a materially better standard than several firms on this roster use. And the reduction toward zero is tied to the extent that the trading data is Compliant Trading Data, so it reads as a compliance mechanism rather than as an open license to pay nothing. What the clause still does not do is guarantee the advertised rate to a trader who has complied. Clause A.4 additionally permits TTP, when setting the rate, to weigh the user's trading and compliance history across every account they have held, including accounts already terminated.
