The short answer

Bulenox sells futures evaluations and instant accounts from a Delaware company, and its only published contract is a 2021 website agreement that never mentions evaluations, payouts or funded accounts. The rules that decide your money sit in its Help Center and in agreements sent after you pass. Declining the move to a live funded account closes the Master account, and no further reward is paid from it. Master account payouts need 10 trading days each and a 40% consistency rule that never resets.

How it works

Bulenox sells three account types, each with a trailing or end-of-day drawdown. The table shows the rules for a $100,000 account.

AccountBefore payoutsProfit targetMaximum lossDaily loss (end-of-day option)
QualificationPass, then a Master account$6,000$3,000$2,200, pauses trading
MomentumPass, then a free Momentum Master$6,000$4,000$2,500, pauses trading
Fast TrackNone$6,000 before the first payout$4,000$2,500, pauses trading
  • The trailing drawdown follows your highest account value, including open profit, in real time. The end-of-day drawdown moves only on a new closing high.
  • On Master and Fast Track accounts the drawdown locks for good at the starting balance plus $100.
  • End-of-day accounts pause for the day at the daily limit, and on Qualification and Master accounts the contract limit scales with your profit. The $25,000 Fast Track end-of-day account has no daily limit.
  • No account has a minimum number of days to pass, but Qualification access lasts 30 days.
  • Positions must be flat by 3:59 PM Central. The Help Center states the ban on overnight and weekend holds for Qualification, Momentum and Master accounts. It does not address Fast Track.

At $50,000 the three routes ask for different things. Qualification needs $3,000 of profit with $2,500 of room, and on the end-of-day option trading pauses for the day after a $1,100 loss. Passing leads to a Master account with a $148 activation fee. Momentum asks for the same $3,000 with $2,250 of room, and its Master account is free. Fast Track has $2,250 of room and asks for $3,000 before the first payout, and each of its first three payouts is capped at $2,000.

What it costs

Prices for each account and size are in the price box on this page. Four things the box cannot show:

  • A Master account costs an activation fee after you pass Qualification, from $143 on $25,000 to $498 on $150,000. Momentum Master is free.
  • Professional market data costs $116 a month; one Help Center page says $112 per exchange. The status you pick cannot be changed later.
  • Connecting third-party software through the Rithmic API costs $100 a month.
  • A Qualification reset costs $78 and clears your trading days, but does not extend the 30-day access.

Bulenox gives no refunds once the account has been created and accessed, and its Terms of Use say all sales are final. The Terms also recognize a statutory right to cancel: residents of states whose law allows it may cancel, without penalty, before midnight of Bulenox’s third business day after the agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Platforms and trading conditions

Bulenox connects every account through Rithmic, which runs on Windows only, and supports more than 20 platforms, including NinjaTrader, R | Trader Pro, Quantower and Sierra Chart.

  • You trade CME Group futures: equity indices, energies, metals, currencies, agriculture and micro crypto. One standard contract equals ten micros.
  • Commissions are charged per side, on entry and exit.
  • News trading is allowed on every account, with no blackout windows.
  • Bots and trade copiers are allowed if you built them for your own use. Commercial or shared tools are not.
  • NinjaTrader 8 comes with a free license on Master accounts.

The rules that matter

Bulenox publishes its trading limits in detail. What follows is first the gap between the contract you agree to and the product you are buying, then the three rules that decide what a profitable trader keeps, and last how the firm can respond to our findings.

The contract does not cover the product

The Terms of Use, marked “Updated July 2021”, describe the service as “Professional development training”. They contain no mention of evaluations, payouts, drawdown or funded accounts. The Master Account Agreement arrives by email after you pass, and the Funded Account Agreement comes at the transition. Neither is published.

The document you do agree to describes a different business, and settles refunds in one line:

“This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”), along with our Company Privacy Policy, constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you […] and Bulenox LLC […] The Sites provide the following service: Professional development training (“Company Services”). […] REFUND AND RETURN All sales are final and no refunds shall be issued.”

The funded account needs an unpublished agreement

After three successful payouts, Bulenox may consider your Master accounts for a move to a live Funded Account. The move needs you to accept the Funded Account Agreement, which Bulenox does not publish, and if you decline it the Master account closes with no further reward.

The Help Center sets out both conditions together:

“You must accept the Funded Account Agreement and complete all required documents before the transition can be completed. If you do not consent to the transition, the applicable Master Account will be closed and no additional Reward will be issued from that account.”

What a Master payout needs on a $100,000 account

You need 10 trading days, a $1,000 minimum request and $3,100 left above the starting balance, so the account must reach at least $104,100. Your best day must be no more than 40% of all profit since the account opened, and that count never resets. The first three payouts are capped at $1,750 each and are paid on Wednesdays.

Consistency changes by account

Fast Track allows your best day to be 20% of profit for the first payout, 25% for the second and 30% after. Momentum Master uses 35% and needs five qualifying profitable days per payout cycle, each one a completed day with net profit after commissions of at least $100 on a $25,000 account, $150 on $50,000, $200 on $100,000 or $250 on $150,000. Missing any of these is not a breach; you keep trading until you qualify.

What Bulenox says

Bulenox can reply to us at any time.

Getting paid

Bulenox pays 100% of your first $10,000 in payouts, counted across all your accounts, then 90%. The rules are:

  • Fast Track requests submitted before 12:01 pm CT from Monday to Friday are ordinarily processed the same day, and weekends, banking holidays and compliance checks can extend that. The FAQ says Momentum requests are processed the same day too, without stating a cut-off time. Master account payouts are processed on Wednesdays.
  • The minimum payout is $1,000 on most accounts, or $500 on a $25,000 Momentum Master.
  • Fast Track payouts are capped at $2,500 on a $100,000 account for the first three, then $3,000.
  • Payouts go by ACH, wire or PayPal. Bulenox charges no transfer fee, but banks and PayPal may.
  • You must send a hand-signed W-9 or W-8BEN and an ID before your first payout.

What can end your account

These are the events that stop a Bulenox account, and not every one of them is final. Each comes from its own Help Center and FAQ:

  • Falling below the drawdown threshold, including through open losses on the trailing option, suspends the account. A Qualification account can be reset for $78, which returns the balance to its starting value and clears your profits, losses and trading days.
  • Letting Qualification access run out after 30 days.
  • Opening more than one profile or Rithmic user ID is not permitted, and the Help Center says it may result in suspension.
  • Declining the Funded Account Agreement after three payouts.

The contract is stricter on refunds than the Help Center. The Help Center says a purchase is non-refundable once the account is created and accessed, while the Terms of Use say “All sales are final and no refunds shall be issued”. The one exception anywhere in the Terms is a statutory one, set out in an all-capitals paragraph under Term and Termination: residents of states whose law provides it may cancel “WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF COMPANY’S THIRD BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT”. The refund clause itself does not cross-refer to it. Read that way, a Qualification account left untouched until its 30-day access runs out is lost together with its fee.

Who can join

Bulenox publishes a list of 97 countries and territories where it cannot accept traders:

  • The list includes China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Croatia, Serbia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Russia and Belarus.
  • The list can change at any time, based on updates from brokerages and regulators.
  • You may hold up to five Master-level accounts at once, and unlimited Qualification accounts.

Why this grade

At Bulenox the contract is the drag, not the price: profit can be held back on suspicion, and the funded-stage agreement cannot be read until you have paid. Payout reliability and support remain unscored.

Part and scoreThe reason
Rule fairness (20% of the grade)
50/100 · Fair
Profit can be withheld on suspicion of abuse, the contract you sign promises no payout at all, and up to $4,600 per account stays locked until the account ends.
Trading conditions (20% of the grade)
68/100 · Fair
Twenty-one platforms help, but every position must close by 3:59 pm CT, the loss limit trails on the typical plan, and the typical target is 1.5 times the maximum loss.
Company trust (15% of the grade)
68/100 · Fair
Nearly all of the loss is the funded stage: its agreement is not published before you pay, and refusing it closes the account and ends rewards.
Challenge value (15% of the grade)
90/100 · Strong
Momentum with end-of-day drawdown at $150,000 is the cheapest way to funded, $358, or $2.39 for each $1,000 of capital.
Payout reliability (25% of the grade)
Not scored
Bulenox publishes when it processes payouts, but no purchase has been taken through to a payout and no independent record has been checked, so this is unscored.
Support (5% of the grade)
Not scored
How Bulenox support handles a queried payout request is untested; no firm's support has been tested so far.

Accurate?

Our verdict

Bulenox offers news trading, many platforms and 100% of the first $10,000, but its 2021 contract ignores the product, its Master payout rules are strict, and a live account means accepting a funded account agreement it does not publish.

Best for

  • Futures day traders who want a free choice of platform.
  • News traders who want no blackout windows.
  • Traders who plan to take smaller, steady payouts.

Avoid if

  • You want to read the contract that governs payouts before you pay.
  • You hold futures overnight.
  • You might want your fee back on an account you end up not trading.

Questions traders ask

Which drawdown clock should I choose?

Option 1 trails your highest account value in real time, including open profit, with full contract size from day one. Option 2 moves only on a new closing high, adds a daily loss limit that pauses trading (except on the $25,000 Fast Track account, which has none), and on Qualification and Master accounts scales contracts with profit. The choice is locked for the life of the account.

Does a daily breach end my account?

No. Reaching the daily loss limit on an end-of-day account disables trading for the rest of the session, and trading resumes at the next session. Falling below the drawdown threshold is what suspends or closes the account.

What is the profit target?

6% of the account size, so $6,000 on a $100,000 account, on Qualification and Momentum, and as the first payout goal on Fast Track. The maximum loss on $100,000 is $3,000 on Qualification and $4,000 on Fast Track and Momentum.

Why does the smallest Fast Track tier show no daily limit?

Because it has none. Bulenox’s Help Center says the $25,000 end-of-day Fast Track account is the exception to its daily loss limit. The larger Fast Track end-of-day accounts keep theirs for the life of the account.

Are there costs outside the fee?

Yes. Master accounts need an activation fee of $143 to $498 after Qualification, professional market-data status costs $116 a month, third-party software through the Rithmic API costs $100 a month, and a Qualification reset costs $78.

Can I trade the news?

Yes, on every account, with no blackout windows. The limits are your drawdown and your contract size. Positions must still be closed by 3:59 PM Central on accounts that ban overnight holds.

Contract findings

  1. Algorithms and Auto Trading · Terms of Use Agreement

The forfeiture trigger is suspicion, not a finding: "If abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to refuse to claim any profit." There is no definition of abuse beyond an open-ended "includes but is not limited to" list, no evidential standard, no notice requirement, no appeal and no time limit. The listed conduct is broad enough to reach ordinary futures trading – "automated discretional trading in any of the trading environments" and "Open and close hundreds or thousand of rapid trades" would cover much of what the Help Center and the FAQ expressly permit, since the FAQ answers "Can I use bots, algos or trade copiers?" with "Yes. Bots, algorithms and trade copiers are permitted." The sentence is also grammatically garbled – "refuse to claim any profit" reads as the company refusing its own claim – and is quoted exactly as printed. Note too that the next sentence requires third party algorithms to be "approved from the Bulenox management team", a permission the FAQ and Help Center do not mention at all.

  2. Preamble; Refund and Return · Terms of Use Agreement

Bulenox publishes exactly three legal documents, all PDFs in one folder: Terms of Use, Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy. The Terms of Use is the only one that binds, it is marked "Updated July 2021" – five years old when read – and it is a generic website agreement that describes the service as "Professional development training". Searched in full it contains ZERO occurrences of evaluation, payout, funded, trading account or drawdown, and one incidental use of challenge. The Risk Disclosure is 1,908 characters of boilerplate with none of those terms either. Meanwhile the rules that actually decide whether a trader keeps their money ARE published – profit targets, trailing versus end-of-day drawdown, daily loss limits and contract counts – but only as copy on the accounts-pricing marketing page. That is the finding, and it was worth checking before stating: it is not that Bulenox publishes no rules, it is that none of its rules sit in a contract. Marketing copy is not versioned, carries no effective date, is not incorporated by reference into the Agreement in any identifiable form, and can be rewritten without notice or record. A trader in dispute has a 2021 document about professional development training and a web page that may since have changed. Whether a separate binding rulebook exists behind the login is not determinable from outside, so this is recorded as undisclosed rather than absent.

  3. Training · Terms of Use Agreement

This is the only passage in the Terms of Use Agreement that describes what Bulenox pays a trader, and it creates no entitlement. Compensation is "incentive-based" and "can be paid" – permissive, not obligatory – with no trigger, no amount, no schedule, no profit split and no reference to passing anything. Read in full, the Agreement (marked "Updated July 2021") contains zero occurrences of payout, funded, drawdown, evaluation or withdraw; the single occurrence of challenge is the word "challenged" inside the arbitration section. So on the firm's own binding document, a trader who reaches the profit target is owed nothing. The same clause also states "Bulenox LLC does not provide live trading." The Help Center read the same day defines a Funded Account as "a real brokerage account funded by Bulenox and traded with real money" and says "A Funded Account provides access to live futures trading using capital provided by Bulenox." The contract and the Help Center describe opposite products, and only one of them binds. Scoped: read in full, this claim covers the Terms of Use Agreement as captured on 2026-09-15 and no other document. The Master Account Agreement and the Funded Account Agreement are named by the Help Center but are not published, so a payout obligation may exist in a document we do not hold.

  4. Contribution License · Terms of Use Agreement

The grant is automatic on posting, and it reaches beyond the Sites: it is triggered by "making them accessible to the Sites by linking your account to any of your social network accounts". The license is "unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual" and expressly covers "your image and voice", "your name, company name, and franchise name" and "personal and commercial images you provide", for any purpose including advertising, with the right to sublicense and to "retitle" and "excerpt (in whole or in part)". A separate sentence gives the firm sole discretion to "edit, redact or otherwise change any Contributions". The clause then contradicts itself: having granted an unconditional and irrevocable license, it adds "We will not use your contribution in a way that infringes on your rights and always process your personal information lawfully and with your consent" – consent the first sentence has already made irrevocable. For a firm whose marketing runs on trader testimonials and payout screenshots, this is the clause that converts a posted result into advertising the trader cannot withdraw.

  5. Indemnity · Terms of Use Agreement

A one-way indemnity covering any third party claim arising out of the trader's use of the Company Services or any breach of the Agreement or of the representations and warranties, with attorneys' fees. The unusual part is the second half: the firm may take over the defense "at your expense" and control it exclusively, while the trader must cooperate, also at their own expense. Notice to the trader is only on "reasonable efforts", so the first a trader may hear of a bill is the bill. There is no cap on the indemnity, which sits in the same document as a liability cap running the other way that is limited to 30 days of fees.

  6. Limitations of Liability · Terms of Use Agreement

The cap is not the price of the product, it is whatever the trader happened to pay in the 30 days before the cause of action arose. Every Bulenox account is sold as a one-time fee – the Accounts and Pricing page captured the same day prices Qualification at $145 to $325 "one-time", and the Help Center prices Fast Track, Momentum and the Master activation fee the same way, with "no recurring monthly payments". A trader who buys once, trades for two months and then has a dispute has paid nothing in the preceding 30 days, so the cap computes to zero. The words "IF ANY" acknowledge that outcome. Read with the Limitations paragraph immediately above, which excludes lost profit and consequential damages outright, the practical ceiling on any claim about a withheld payout is nil.

  7. Preamble; Modifications, To Agreement · Terms of Use Agreement

Two clauses that work together. The preamble incorporates by reference any "Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Sites from time to time", without naming them or requiring notice. The Modifications section then makes changes binding on continued use and states that "Modifications to this Agreement shall be effective after posting" – email notice is discretionary ("Company may also, in its discretion, choose to alert"), and the duty to keep up is placed on the trader, who "will periodically check the Sites for updates". This matters for a second reason. The package already records that Bulenox's operative trading rules live on marketing and help pages rather than in the contract; the existing finding bulenox-the-only-binding-document-predates-and-never-mentions-the-product states those rules are "not incorporated by reference into the Agreement in any identifiable form". The preamble sentence quoted here is a general incorporation-by-reference hook, so that phrasing is too strong as written and should be softened when this batch is merged. Whether an unversioned pricing page counts as "supplemental terms and conditions or documents" is arguable, which is the point: the trader cannot tell which web copy binds them or when it changed.

  8. Refund and Return · Terms of Use Agreement

Absolute, unqualified, and sitting in a stock e-commerce block between a sales-tax sentence and a password-security warranty. It is also flatly unreconciled with the same agreement's own Term and Termination section, which prints a three-business-day cancellation right in capitals. That right is an acknowledgement of external law and not a term Bulenox grants: it opens "CERTAIN STATES ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT" and closes "THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN STATES WITH SUCH LAWS", so it reaches no trader outside those US states while the firm advertises availability in over 100 countries. Neither clause cross-references the other in either direction. Beyond it there is no untraded exception and no carve-out for the cases other firms at least name – failed KYC, a jurisdiction the firm will not serve, or an account the buyer never activated. Note the interaction with the tiers: access is sold as "valid for 30 days", so an unused purchase simply expires against a clause that refunds nothing.

  9. Transition to a Funded Account, Consent to the Transition · Bulenox Help Center, Funded Account transition

The trader is asked to accept the Funded Account Agreement, and the only alternative offered is that the Master Account is closed with no further reward. What makes this more than an ordinary take-it-or-leave-it term is that the Funded Account Agreement is not published anywhere on Bulenox's surfaces: the Help Center says it is sent by email after passing. So the trader reaches this fork having already paid, already traded, already taken three payouts, and is asked to consent to a document whose terms they cannot read until they are at the point of decision, with the cost of declining being the closure of a profitable account. This is the same gap already recorded against the firm's published Terms of Use, which dates from July 2021 and never mentions evaluations, payouts, funded accounts or drawdown; this finding records what the unpublished agreement is used to do.

  10. User Representations, Regarding Your Registration; Term and Termination · Terms of Use Agreement

Two separate at-will termination powers, the second in capitals and expressly "WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY" and "FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON AT ALL". What makes this worth recording on a paid product rather than a free website is what the Agreement does not say next: read in full, the Terms of Use Agreement captured 2026-09-15 says nothing about what happens to an account fee, an activation fee or earned profit when the firm terminates. The Refund and Return section is absolute ("All sales are final and no refunds shall be issued"), so a terminated trader is left with no refund and no stated claim to anything in the account. A further clause bars the terminated user from ever registering again, including "under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party".

  11. Withdrawal Rules, Safety Threshold Reserve · Bulenox Help Center, Withdrawal Rules

Every payout from a Master Account must leave a Safety Threshold Reserve of profit in the account above the starting balance: $1,600 on a $25,000 account, $2,600 on $50,000, $3,100 on $100,000 and $4,600 on $150,000. The reserve sits just above the level at which the drawdown threshold locks, so while the account trades it works as the trader's loss buffer. But it is the trader's own earned profit, and it cannot be withdrawn while the account runs. The only release the Help Center describes is that the reserve "may be requested" when the Master Account Agreement is terminated, and even that is "Subject to the Master Account Agreement", a document emailed only after the trader passes and not published on the site. The Help Center does not say whether the reserve is paid when a Master Account moves to a Funded Account, where accumulated profit does not transfer, or when the trader declines the Funded Account Agreement and the Master Account is closed.

  12. Disputes, With Company, A. Governing Law; Jurisdiction · Terms of Use Agreement

A contractual limitation period of two years on any claim by the trader, sitting at the end of the governing-law paragraph rather than under a heading of its own. It is shorter than the statutory limitation period for written contracts in many US states and in most of the jurisdictions Bulenox sells into, and it runs from when the cause of action arose rather than from when the trader discovered it. It is one-directional in its wording: it binds "any claim, action or proceeding by you" and says nothing about claims by the firm. This is a distinct term from the Delaware forum and class-action package already recorded under bulenox-delaware-arbitration-with-a-class-waiver, which did not quote it.

  13. Governing Law; Jurisdiction · Terms of Use Agreement

Delaware law, arbitration for most claims, and anything left over goes to state or federal courts in Kent County, Delaware, with the trader waiving forum non conveniens in advance – the doctrine that would otherwise let a court move a case somewhere the parties can actually reach. The document carries a class-action waiver as well. The address published on the pricing page, 1201 N Orange St Suite 7149 Wilmington DE 19801, is a mail-forwarding and registered-agent address rather than an office, so hqCity has deliberately been left null rather than recorded as Wilmington. Read together this is an ordinary US boilerplate dispute package. It is recorded because it is attached to a 2021 agreement that does not describe the product being sold, so the forum is settled while the substantive terms are not.

  14. Modifications, To Services · Terms of Use Agreement

The firm may modify or permanently discontinue the Company Services, in whole or in part, with or without notice, and disclaims liability for doing so. Set against a product sold with 30-day access on the Qualification tiers and an absolute no-refund clause, this means paid-for access can end before it is used with no stated remedy. Recorded as notable rather than material because the clause is standard in form and the Agreement does not tie it to any specific account right; its bite comes from the no-refund clause already recorded separately.

  15. User Data · Terms of Use Agreement

A blanket waiver of any right of action for loss or corruption of data the trader transferred to the Sites or that relates to their use of the Services. On a futures firm this is not clerical: the trade record is the evidence base for every payout decision, for the trailing or end-of-day drawdown calculation, for the 10 trading day count and for the 40 percent consistency test the Help Center describes. The clause makes the trader "primarily responsible" for that data while the firm holds it, and the trader waives the claim in advance rather than after a loss. There is no carve-out for the firm's own negligence and no stated retention period or export right anywhere in the Agreement.

  16. User Representations, Regarding Content You Provide, item D; Prohibited Activities, item F · Terms of Use Agreement

Read in full rather than keyword-searched, the Terms of Use Agreement captured 2026-09-15 contains no general non-disparagement covenant: no clause restricting reviews, complaints, Trustpilot, social media or public statements about the firm, and none of the phrasings this roster has seen elsewhere – no "negative advertising", no "reputational damage", no "damage the Company's good reputation". What it does contain is narrower and should not be mistaken for the same thing. Item D is a warranty about content posted to the Sites, and it bars content that "does not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate or abuse anyone" – a warranty, drafted third-party-facing, but wide enough on its face to reach a critical post about Bulenox made on a Bulenox surface, and the test for objectionable content is "as determined by Bulenox LLC". Item F of Prohibited Activities makes "harassing, annoying, intimidating or threatening any Company employees" prohibited conduct; "annoying" has no defined threshold, and breach of any representation or covenant is expressly a ground for termination under the Term and Termination clause. Scoped: this absence claim covers only the Terms of Use Agreement. Bulenox's Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure were not in this capture, and the Master Account Agreement and Funded Account Agreement are unpublished, so a non-disparagement clause may exist in a document we do not hold.

  17. Term and Termination (unnumbered all-capitals paragraph) · Terms of Use Agreement

Filed informational because it is the one term in this Agreement that runs in the trader's favor: residents of states with a statutory cooling-off right may cancel within three business days without penalty or obligation, by phone or through account settings. It is worth recording for two reasons. First, it sits in direct tension with the Refund and Return section, which says without qualification that "All sales are final and no refunds shall be issued" and carries no cross-reference to this paragraph, so the Agreement states two incompatible positions and never reconciles them. Second, the right is narrow – it applies "ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN STATES WITH SUCH LAWS", which excludes the international traders the FAQ says Bulenox serves in over 100 countries, and the cancellation route offered is a phone call during business hours. No cooling-off right for anyone else appears anywhere in the Agreement as captured 2026-09-15.
