The short answer
Bulenox sells futures evaluations and instant accounts from a Delaware company, and its only published contract is a 2021 website agreement that never mentions evaluations, payouts or funded accounts. The rules that decide your money sit in its Help Center and in agreements sent after you pass. Declining the move to a live funded account closes the Master account, and no further reward is paid from it. Master account payouts need 10 trading days each and a 40% consistency rule that never resets.
How it works
Bulenox sells three account types, each with a trailing or end-of-day drawdown. The table shows the rules for a $100,000 account.
| Account | Before payouts | Profit target | Maximum loss | Daily loss (end-of-day option) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Qualification | Pass, then a Master account | $6,000 | $3,000 | $2,200, pauses trading |
| Momentum | Pass, then a free Momentum Master | $6,000 | $4,000 | $2,500, pauses trading |
| Fast Track | None | $6,000 before the first payout | $4,000 | $2,500, pauses trading |
- The trailing drawdown follows your highest account value, including open profit, in real time. The end-of-day drawdown moves only on a new closing high.
- On Master and Fast Track accounts the drawdown locks for good at the starting balance plus $100.
- End-of-day accounts pause for the day at the daily limit, and on Qualification and Master accounts the contract limit scales with your profit. The $25,000 Fast Track end-of-day account has no daily limit.
- No account has a minimum number of days to pass, but Qualification access lasts 30 days.
- Positions must be flat by 3:59 PM Central. The Help Center states the ban on overnight and weekend holds for Qualification, Momentum and Master accounts. It does not address Fast Track.
At $50,000 the three routes ask for different things. Qualification needs $3,000 of profit with $2,500 of room, and on the end-of-day option trading pauses for the day after a $1,100 loss. Passing leads to a Master account with a $148 activation fee. Momentum asks for the same $3,000 with $2,250 of room, and its Master account is free. Fast Track has $2,250 of room and asks for $3,000 before the first payout, and each of its first three payouts is capped at $2,000.
What it costs
Prices for each account and size are in the price box on this page. Four things the box cannot show:
- A Master account costs an activation fee after you pass Qualification, from $143 on $25,000 to $498 on $150,000. Momentum Master is free.
- Professional market data costs $116 a month; one Help Center page says $112 per exchange. The status you pick cannot be changed later.
- Connecting third-party software through the Rithmic API costs $100 a month.
- A Qualification reset costs $78 and clears your trading days, but does not extend the 30-day access.
Bulenox gives no refunds once the account has been created and accessed, and its Terms of Use say all sales are final. The Terms also recognize a statutory right to cancel: residents of states whose law allows it may cancel, without penalty, before midnight of Bulenox’s third business day after the agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Platforms and trading conditions
Bulenox connects every account through Rithmic, which runs on Windows only, and supports more than 20 platforms, including NinjaTrader, R | Trader Pro, Quantower and Sierra Chart.
- You trade CME Group futures: equity indices, energies, metals, currencies, agriculture and micro crypto. One standard contract equals ten micros.
- Commissions are charged per side, on entry and exit.
- News trading is allowed on every account, with no blackout windows.
- Bots and trade copiers are allowed if you built them for your own use. Commercial or shared tools are not.
- NinjaTrader 8 comes with a free license on Master accounts.
The rules that matter
Bulenox publishes its trading limits in detail. What follows is first the gap between the contract you agree to and the product you are buying, then the three rules that decide what a profitable trader keeps, and last how the firm can respond to our findings.
The contract does not cover the product
The Terms of Use, marked “Updated July 2021”, describe the service as “Professional development training”. They contain no mention of evaluations, payouts, drawdown or funded accounts. The Master Account Agreement arrives by email after you pass, and the Funded Account Agreement comes at the transition. Neither is published.
The document you do agree to describes a different business, and settles refunds in one line:
“This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”), along with our Company Privacy Policy, constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you […] and Bulenox LLC […] The Sites provide the following service: Professional development training (“Company Services”). […] REFUND AND RETURN All sales are final and no refunds shall be issued.”
The funded account needs an unpublished agreement
After three successful payouts, Bulenox may consider your Master accounts for a move to a live Funded Account. The move needs you to accept the Funded Account Agreement, which Bulenox does not publish, and if you decline it the Master account closes with no further reward.
The Help Center sets out both conditions together:
“You must accept the Funded Account Agreement and complete all required documents before the transition can be completed. If you do not consent to the transition, the applicable Master Account will be closed and no additional Reward will be issued from that account.”
What a Master payout needs on a $100,000 account
You need 10 trading days, a $1,000 minimum request and $3,100 left above the starting balance, so the account must reach at least $104,100. Your best day must be no more than 40% of all profit since the account opened, and that count never resets. The first three payouts are capped at $1,750 each and are paid on Wednesdays.
Consistency changes by account
Fast Track allows your best day to be 20% of profit for the first payout, 25% for the second and 30% after. Momentum Master uses 35% and needs five qualifying profitable days per payout cycle, each one a completed day with net profit after commissions of at least $100 on a $25,000 account, $150 on $50,000, $200 on $100,000 or $250 on $150,000. Missing any of these is not a breach; you keep trading until you qualify.
What Bulenox says
Bulenox can reply to us at any time.
Getting paid
Bulenox pays 100% of your first $10,000 in payouts, counted across all your accounts, then 90%. The rules are:
- Fast Track requests submitted before 12:01 pm CT from Monday to Friday are ordinarily processed the same day, and weekends, banking holidays and compliance checks can extend that. The FAQ says Momentum requests are processed the same day too, without stating a cut-off time. Master account payouts are processed on Wednesdays.
- The minimum payout is $1,000 on most accounts, or $500 on a $25,000 Momentum Master.
- Fast Track payouts are capped at $2,500 on a $100,000 account for the first three, then $3,000.
- Payouts go by ACH, wire or PayPal. Bulenox charges no transfer fee, but banks and PayPal may.
- You must send a hand-signed W-9 or W-8BEN and an ID before your first payout.
What can end your account
These are the events that stop a Bulenox account, and not every one of them is final. Each comes from its own Help Center and FAQ:
- Falling below the drawdown threshold, including through open losses on the trailing option, suspends the account. A Qualification account can be reset for $78, which returns the balance to its starting value and clears your profits, losses and trading days.
- Letting Qualification access run out after 30 days.
- Opening more than one profile or Rithmic user ID is not permitted, and the Help Center says it may result in suspension.
- Declining the Funded Account Agreement after three payouts.
The contract is stricter on refunds than the Help Center. The Help Center says a purchase is non-refundable once the account is created and accessed, while the Terms of Use say “All sales are final and no refunds shall be issued”. The one exception anywhere in the Terms is a statutory one, set out in an all-capitals paragraph under Term and Termination: residents of states whose law provides it may cancel “WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF COMPANY’S THIRD BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT”. The refund clause itself does not cross-refer to it. Read that way, a Qualification account left untouched until its 30-day access runs out is lost together with its fee.
Who can join
Bulenox publishes a list of 97 countries and territories where it cannot accept traders:
- The list includes China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Croatia, Serbia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Russia and Belarus.
- The list can change at any time, based on updates from brokerages and regulators.
- You may hold up to five Master-level accounts at once, and unlimited Qualification accounts.
Who you are dealing with
Bulenox names its company but no officers. The table shows what its documents state.
| Detail | What Bulenox’s documents state |
|---|---|
| Company | Bulenox LLC |
| Address | 1201 N Orange St, Suite 7149, Wilmington, Delaware |
| Law | Delaware |

- The Terms waive class actions and ask you to waive forum non conveniens in advance.
- Qualification, Momentum, Master, Momentum Master and Fast Track accounts all connect through Rithmic’s paper trading system. Bulenox describes only its Funded Account as a real brokerage account funded by the firm and traded with real money.
Its Trustpilot profile scored 4.7 across 1,761 reviews on 27 August 2026, with 90% at five stars against 4% at one. A score like that measures sentiment, not whether money arrives.
Why this grade
At Bulenox the contract is the drag, not the price: profit can be held back on suspicion, and the funded-stage agreement cannot be read until you have paid. Payout reliability and support remain unscored.
| Part and score | The reason |
|---|---|
| Rule fairness (20% of the grade) 50/100 · Fair | Profit can be withheld on suspicion of abuse, the contract you sign promises no payout at all, and up to $4,600 per account stays locked until the account ends. |
| Trading conditions (20% of the grade) 68/100 · Fair | Twenty-one platforms help, but every position must close by 3:59 pm CT, the loss limit trails on the typical plan, and the typical target is 1.5 times the maximum loss. |
| Company trust (15% of the grade) 68/100 · Fair | Nearly all of the loss is the funded stage: its agreement is not published before you pay, and refusing it closes the account and ends rewards. |
| Challenge value (15% of the grade) 90/100 · Strong | Momentum with end-of-day drawdown at $150,000 is the cheapest way to funded, $358, or $2.39 for each $1,000 of capital. |
| Payout reliability (25% of the grade) Not scored | Bulenox publishes when it processes payouts, but no purchase has been taken through to a payout and no independent record has been checked, so this is unscored. |
| Support (5% of the grade) Not scored | How Bulenox support handles a queried payout request is untested; no firm's support has been tested so far. |

Our verdict
Bulenox offers news trading, many platforms and 100% of the first $10,000, but its 2021 contract ignores the product, its Master payout rules are strict, and a live account means accepting a funded account agreement it does not publish.
Best for
- Futures day traders who want a free choice of platform.
- News traders who want no blackout windows.
- Traders who plan to take smaller, steady payouts.
Avoid if
- You want to read the contract that governs payouts before you pay.
- You hold futures overnight.
- You might want your fee back on an account you end up not trading.
