What is instant funding?
Instant funding is a prop firm account you buy already funded: there is no evaluation to pass, and you trade under funded-account rules from your first trade. Firms that sell it are also called straight to funded or no evaluation prop firms, and the account itself is often called an instant funded account.
Instant funding does not mean an instant withdrawal. The fee buys access, not a deposit you can withdraw, and the advertised balance is not cash you own.
How an instant funded account works
The account works in four steps, from the purchase to your first payout.
- Buy an account size. You pay a fee for the size you want. There is no evaluation stage to pass first.
- Trade under funded rules from day one. The account’s loss limits apply from your first trade, and breaking one can close the account.
- Meet the payout conditions. Each of our six picks sets at least one before the first withdrawal: a minimum payout, a profit goal, a number of profitable days, a best-day or consistency limit, or a waiting period.
- Request your payout. You keep the profit split. Some firms raise the split or the account size over time.
Instant funding vs. evaluation accounts
Compare the steps and costs before deciding which route fits you.
| Compare | Instant funding | Evaluation account |
|---|---|---|
| Before funded trading | No evaluation to pass | Pass the required challenge stages |
| Costs to check | Account fee, paid upgrades, and any recurring charges | Evaluation fee and any reset, activation, or recurring charges |
| Trading rules | Funded account rules from the start | Evaluation rules first, then funded account rules |
| First payout | Meet the account’s payout requirements | Pass the evaluation, then meet funded-stage payout requirements |
Neither route guarantees a payout. Compare the same account size and the funded-stage terms of each option.
Pros and cons of instant funding
Instant funding skips the evaluation and applies funded rules from the start, usually at a higher fee than the same firm’s evaluation at the same size. Here is what you gain and what it costs you.

Cheapest instant funding prop firms
The lowest list price we hold for an instant account in each market, plus a forex account that continues after a payout. Prices are before any discount code, at the smallest size the firm sells.
| Firm | Price | Account | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|
Forex | $14.67 | Instant Starter, $5,000 | One payout only, then the account closes. |
Forex | $15 | Maven Instant, $2,000 | This account continues after a payout. 80% profit split. |
Futures | $203 | Instant, $25,000 | 80% profit split. |
Crypto | $41 | Instant, $3,000 | 70% profit split, rising 5% per payout to 90%. |
Compare the exact account’s fee, any paid add-on needed for the advertised profit split, and payout fees. A lower fee at the cheapest prop firms does not always buy the same account size or continued access after a payout.
Instant funding by market: forex, futures and crypto
The same account type works differently in each market. Use the market buttons in the ranking above to see only the firms that sell instant accounts in yours.
| Market | What to expect | Our picks |
|---|---|---|
| Forex | On forex prop firms with instant funding, many loss limits trail your peak balance or equity, and a few are static. | Orion Funded, City Traders Imperium, FundedElite, Lark Funding, Finotive Funding |
| Futures | On futures prop firms with instant funding, loss limits are usually set in dollars, and the drawdown floor usually moves only at the end of the trading day. | Purdia Capital |
| Crypto | The instant crypto accounts we hold mostly use a trailing loss limit. | None of our six picks; use the Crypto button in the ranking above |
How to choose an instant funding prop firm
Choose an account whose rules fit your existing strategy and whose withdrawal terms you understand.
- Compare usable loss allowance. Purdia Capital’s $25,000 Instant Funding account has a $750 end-of-day loss limit. Check both the allowance and how the loss floor moves.
- Check the payout conditions. Required profitable days, a best-day rule and the payout window decide when you can first withdraw. Check the firm’s full terms for any condition a card does not list.
