The short answer

FXIFY sells forex and crypto evaluations and instant accounts, and the product you pick changes almost every rule. It sells futures too, but on a separate site, fxifyfutures.com, which this review does not cover. The terms you accept at checkout say the funded stage is contracted with a “third-party company” they do not name, while an agreement FXIFY publishes elsewhere on its site names its own UK company. Checkout does not link that agreement. The same terms reserve legal action over a review even if it is not defamatory. On most routes, a payout locks your loss limit at the starting balance, so withdrawing all your profit ends the account.

How it works

FXIFY’s evaluations differ mainly in how much room they give and how the floor moves. The table shows the forex routes.

RouteProfit targetDaily lossMaximum loss
One Phase10%3%6%, trailing
Two Phase Standard10%, then 5%4%10%, trailing
Two Phase Static5%, then 10%4%10%, static
Two Phase Pro4%, then 8%4%8%, static
Three Phase5% in each phase5%5%, static
Lightning5% within 5 trading days3%4%, trailing
  • Trailing floors follow your highest closed balance and lock at the starting balance once you reach the maximum loss in profit, or when a payout is processed.
  • The daily limit is set on most routes from the balance at 5 PM Eastern the day before.
  • Minimum days are 5 per phase on One, Two Standard and Three Phase, 4 on Static, and 3 profitable days of 0.5% on Pro. Only Lightning has a time limit.
  • Instant Funding has no target: 8% daily and 8% trailing. Instant Funding Lite uses 3% daily and 4% trailing with a 20% consistency rule.

That matters because of what FXIFY’s own FAQ promises. Its answer to “Why should I join?” lists “No Consistency Rules” with no qualification, in a run of reasons to join:

No Consistency Rules
No SL Required
True STP Broker
Tight Spreads
No Commissions on FX
No Commissions on Gold / Metals

The FAQ for the Two Phase Static account gives a narrower line:

no consistency rule for the Evaluation phases.

That line is accurate for Two Phase Static, whose 25% rule applies only on the funded account. Other routes in FXIFY’s catalog differ: Lightning applies its 30% consistency rule during the challenge as well as after funding. A buyer choosing FXIFY on that feature can land on a program that limits how much of their profit can come from their best day.

  • Crypto accounts run on DXtrade only: a one-step challenge with a 9% target, or an instant account, both with 3% daily and 6% trailing limits.

What it costs

Prices for each route and size are in the price box on this page. Four things the box cannot show:

  • The fee comes back with your first withdrawal on One Phase, Two Phase Standard, Three Phase and Lightning, add-ons included. Static, Pro, Instant and crypto accounts do not refund it.
  • Add-ons depend on the route: a 90% split, 50:1 leverage, bi-weekly payouts, and Performance Protect at 15% of the fee, which lets you withdraw profit after a breach. Two Phase Pro takes no add-ons at all, and Two Phase Static offers none either, only a choice between an 80% split paid every 14 days and 100% paid monthly. Performance Protect is not supported on Instant Funding.
  • RAW accounts pay commission of $6 a lot on forex, metals and indices. All-In accounts pay none except 0.35% on stocks. Crypto commission is stated two ways: the FAQ says 0.07% round trip per lot, the help center 0.35% of notional value.
  • Swap-free accounts are not offered.

No refund is given once you have placed a trade.

The fee can also lapse if you never trade. Under clause 6.1 of the General Terms, a challenge not activated within 30 calendar days is suspended, and unless you ask for access to be renewed within 6 months of that suspension, FXIFY ends the service with no refund. The same clause ends your right to cancel at the first demo trade, so there is no point at which you can use the account and still change your mind.

Platforms and trading conditions

FXIFY offers MetaTrader 5, DXtrade and TradingView on most forex routes, MetaTrader 5 only on Lightning, and DXtrade only for crypto.

  • Leverage is 30:1 on forex and gold, 50:1 with an add-on, 10:1 on indices and 2:1 on stocks. On Instant accounts FXIFY’s pages disagree: the help center says 30:1 on forex and 10:1 on indices, the FAQ says 50:1 and 15:1. Crypto gets 5:1 on Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana.
  • News is allowed on One, Two and Three Phase, but not without a catch: FXIFY says clients “taking significant risks on news trades may be banned for improper risk management”, and “High Leverage News Trading” sits on its prohibited-strategies list, where the stated consequence is account termination and voided profits. Instant, Lightning and crypto accounts cannot trade 5 minutes either side of high-impact news.
  • Holding overnight and over the weekend is allowed on the 1, 2 and 3 Phase accounts, on Lightning and on crypto. Instant Funding and Instant Funding Lite flatten everything instead: all positions must be closed before 3:45 PM EST on Friday, and anything still open is closed by FXIFY at the market rate.
  • Lightning requires a stop loss. A third trade without one fails the account unless you buy the add-on that removes the rule.
  • Expert advisors need approval first on challenges and are banned on Instant and Lightning.

The rules that matter

FXIFY publishes its trading limits in detail. What a funded trader can count on is settled elsewhere: in three clauses of the General Terms and in one piece of payout arithmetic. The last heading below is FXIFY’s own opportunity to reply.

Checkout does not link the document that names the funded-stage company

Clause 8 of the General Terms, the only terms linked at checkout, says the funded stage is contracted with “a third-party company”, acting in its sole discretion, and that FXIFY Solutions Limited is “in no way involved”. A separate Agreement on FXIFY’s site, last updated in March 2025, names FXIFY Solutions Limited as the company that funds the account. Neither the checkout nor the site footer links that Agreement, and the FAQ calls the document a funded trader signs a Proprietary Trader Agreement, so before you pay you cannot tell whether the published Agreement is the one you would sign.

Clause 8 reads:

“If the Customer is successful in both the Challenge and Verification, the Customer may be offered a contract by a third-party company, in its sole discretion to participate in the FXIFY Trader Program. The terms, conditions, and agreement between the Customer and a third-party company are strictly between the Customer and the third-party company. FXIFY SOLUTIONS LIMITED is in no way involved with the FXIFY Trader Program agreement or lack thereof executed between the third-party company and the Customer.”

Legal action over reviews, true or not

Clause 7.1 reserves legal action where a customer publishes a complaint or any communication with FXIFY, “regardless if the content is deemed defamatory, misleading”, or a trademark breach. The clause does not limit itself to false statements.

The clause says so outright:

“Customer should address any concerns or complaints directly with these GTC before posting any of them on social media or other public forums. If the Customer shall post a complaint and or any communication with FXIFY publicly, FXIFY reserve the right to take any appropriate legal action against the Customer regardless if the content is deemed defamatory, misleading, or in violation of FXIFY’s trademark rights.”

Clause 5.10, which deals with accounts closed for forbidden trading practices, adds:

“Moreover, any illegal action by the Customer such as but not limited to, threats of defamation against the Provider, may result in legal proceeding against the Customer.”

Rule changes apply to challenges already bought

Under clause 15.1, changes to the terms apply to existing contracts on 7 days’ notice, and the only way to refuse is to end the contract, which clause 2.6 says brings no refund. Under clause 6.1, placing your first trade ends your right to cancel.

Clause 15.1 sets out the notice and the only way to refuse:

“The Provider reserves the right to change these GTC from time to time with effect for the contract previously entered into by the Customer. The Provider will notify the Customer of the change in the GTC at least 7 days before the change in the GTC is effective […] If the Customer does not agree with the change, the Customer is entitled to reject it. […] Upon receiving such rejection, the contract will be terminated.”

What a full withdrawal does on a $100,000 One Phase account

Make $6,000 and your floor has locked at $100,000. Withdraw all $6,000 and your balance is also $100,000, so the next trade breaches the account. FXIFY still pays the withdrawal, but the account is gone. Withdraw $4,000 instead and you keep $2,000 of room.

FXIFY sets it out in the FAQ on how withdrawals affect drawdown:

When a payout gets processed, the Max Drawdown locks at your starting balance, regardless of profits made. […] Withdrawing all available profit would put your account at risk of breaching the MAX drawdown thresholds. […] Once a trade is placed, the equity breaches the Max Drawdown threshold. The withdrawal will still be processed, but the account is forfeited.

You get the money and you lose the account on the next trade. To keep trading you have to leave part of your earnings behind as buffer, and the firm does not say how much.

What FXIFY says

Right of reply: no answer yet. We put one finding drawn from FXIFY’s own documents to the firm on 6 September 2026, and eighteen more on 25 September 2026, in a letter that repeated the first. FXIFY has not answered any of them. If it replies, its answer will be printed here word for word.

FXIFY has not addressed our finding that the terms accepted at checkout place the funded stage with an unnamed third-party company, while its own published Agreement names FXIFY Solutions Limited.

Getting paid

FXIFY’s FAQ, answering what happens to profit after a hard breach on a funded account, puts the split at 80%, or 90% with an add-on. Two Phase Pro takes no add-ons, and the schedule depends on the route:

  • One, Two Standard and Three Phase: the first payout is on demand once funded, then monthly, or every 14 days with the bi-weekly add-on.
  • Two Phase Pro: every 10 days, with the first two payouts capped at 5% of the balance and any profit above the cap removed. A $4,000 daily profit limit closes you out for the day.
  • Static and crypto one-step: choose 80% every 14 days or 100% once a month.
  • Instant Funding Standard: first payout 14 days after your first trade, then every 14 days. Instant Funding Lite: gated on trading rather than the calendar, with 5 trading days and 10 days both required before a payout, so a trader who stops trading stops the clock. Lightning: after 7 days, then every 14.
  • Payouts go through Rise, usually within 3 business days. You must pass identity checks with both FXIFY and Rise, and Rise may charge a fee.
  • Scaling adds 25% after a 10% gain over 3 months with at least 2 of those 3 months profitable, then doubles the account every 3 months on the same test, up to four times in all. It is not offered on Two Phase Pro, Lightning, Instant Funding or crypto accounts.

Check the consistency rule on your route, whatever the headline list says. FXIFY’s “Why should I join” list promises “No Consistency Rules”, yet Two Phase Static applies a 25% rule on the funded account, Instant Funding Lite a 20% rule, Lightning a 30% rule in both the challenge and the funded stage, and the Crypto Standard and Crypto Instant accounts a 25% rule once funded. On those routes, your best day can only make up a limited share of your profit.

The funded-stage Agreement, which checkout does not link, fixes neither the split nor that schedule. Section 5 pays the percentage set in a Welcome Email, sent after the account is created, and its only worked example pays 75%, or 90% with the add-on, against the FAQ’s 80%:

As an authorised trader for The Prop Company, The Prop Company agrees to pay you the percentage of profit generated on the account, as set forth in the Welcome Email. […] Profit split 75%/25% in favour of you, with the option to purchase an add-on at checkout for a 90%/10% profit split, in favour of you.

The same section limits how often you can ask for a payout, and names no exception for any program:

Withdrawal requests of profits will be processed on demand, but can be requested no more than once every 30 days.

The Two Phase Pro FAQ describes withdrawals every 10 days. The crypto FAQ says payouts on the Crypto Standard funded account are available every 14 days from your first trade, which is its 80% option, with 7 trading days required in each 14-day cycle; its 100% option is paid monthly. For a trader who buys Two Phase Pro or Crypto Standard for those cycles, the published Agreement allows one request every 30 days.

What can end your account

These rules can end an FXIFY account. Each comes from FXIFY’s own FAQ and terms:

  • Touching the daily or maximum loss limit, measured on live equity.
  • Withdrawing all your profit on a trailing route, then trading again.
  • Missing Lightning’s 5-day target, or its consistency rule.
  • High-frequency trading, group hedging, latency arbitrage or account management.
  • Using an unapproved expert advisor, or the same third-party EA as other traders.
  • Two months without a trade. The firm’s wording is that if you “shall not execute any trades within a consecutive period of two (2) months”, the account “shall be deemed inactive and will be considered as a breach of the GTC”.
  • Paying with someone else’s card, which can terminate the account.

Who can join

FXIFY lists 35 countries it does not accept, and adds rules on who may hold an account:

  • Restricted countries include Russia, Belarus, Vietnam, Kenya, Ghana, Algeria and Venezuela.
  • The United States appears on the site footer’s restricted list but not on the FAQ list, so US traders should ask before buying.

The two lists are published on the same site, and only one names the United States. The site footer reads:

“Restricted Jurisdictions: We do not establish accounts to residents of certain jurisdictions including the United States, Zimbabwe, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, Vietnam, Burundi, Central African Republic, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen, Palestine, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Congo Republic, Crimea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Papua New Guinea, South Sudan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Algeria, Russia, Belarus, Kenya and Ghana and / or any particular country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.”

And the FAQ, answering “What Countries are not accepted?”:

“The following countries are prohibited from trading with FXIFY™: Zimbabwe, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, Vietnam, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen, Palestine, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Congo Republic, Crimea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Papua New Guinea, South Sudan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Algeria, Russia, Kenya, Ghana, and Haiti.”

The footer bars US residents and the FAQ does not mention the United States at all. The FAQ adds Haiti, which the footer omits. A US buyer cannot tell from FXIFY’s own pages whether they may buy, and buying while ineligible risks the account and the fee together.

  • One profile per person, no corporate accounts, and only the trader may pay.
  • One active account per size, and the ladder depends on the route. The general rule runs $5,000 to $400,000, one of each. Two Phase Pro has its own ladder from $10,000 to $250,000, for $785,000 in total funding. Only one Standard Instant Funding account may be traded at a time, alongside up to five Instant Funding Lite accounts of different sizes. Crypto allows one Instant account plus one of each challenge size.

Who you are dealing with

FXIFY’s site footer names two companies. The table shows what its documents state.

DetailWhat FXIFY’s documents state
SellerFXIFY Solutions Limited, UK company 14451720, London, “operating as a payment agent”
Group companyPrime Intermarket Group Eurasia Ltd, Mauritius

Co-founderPeter Brown
  • The funded-stage company is not named in the General Terms or the footer. FXIFY’s Agreement, which neither the checkout nor the footer links, names FXIFY Solutions Limited.
  • Governing law is England and Wales, with the courts of London. Clause 9.4 refers to “the laws of the Wales”, which appears to be a drafting error.

Clauses 9.3 and 9.4 sit next to each other and do not say the same thing:

The Customer and the Provider will resolve any possible disagreements or disputes between them in accordance with these GTC and the parties agree that the law of England and Wales will govern the performance and interpretation of their agreement and disputes arising under it. […] Any legal relations established by these GTC or related to them, as well as any related on-contractual legal relations, shall be governed by the laws of the Wales. Any dispute that may arise in connection with these GTC and/or related agreements will fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of London having local jurisdiction according to the registered office of the Provider.

“The laws of the Wales” is not a body of law. English law and the London courts in 9.3 are both real and reachable, so the practical position is workable even though the drafting is not.

Clause 6.1 disposes of the statutory right to cancel, in capitals:

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, BY OPENING THE FIRST DEMO TRADE, YOU EXPRESSLY DEMAND THE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE COMPLETE SERVICES. IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER, IT MEANS THE COMPLETION OF SERVICES BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THE PERIOD FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT, WHICH AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT […] If you do not activate the FXIFY Challenge within 30 calendar days […] your access to it will be suspended. You can request the renewal of access […] within 6 months of the initial suspension, otherwise We will terminate the provision of the Services without any right to a refund of the fee.

Place one demo trade and the cancellation right is spent. Place none and a clock runs instead: 30 days to activate, six months to revive it, then the fee is gone.

  • Funded traders sign a Proprietary Trader Agreement as independent contractors, and FXIFY’s FAQ calls the funded account a live account.

Its Trustpilot profile scored 4.3 across 6,202 reviews on 27 August 2026, with 78% at five stars against 12% at one. That is a satisfaction figure; it is not evidence that anyone was paid.

Why this grade

Contract terms weigh on FXIFY most, above all its power to close accounts over trading it alone deems forbidden; limits on expert advisors and news trading also cost it. Payouts stay out of the score until there is evidence that FXIFY pays, and support is untested.

Part and scoreThe reason
Rule fairness (20% of the grade)
53/100 · Fair
FXIFY decides alone what counts as forbidden trading and can cancel every challenge account you hold over it, the funding provider can cancel funded accounts, and rule changes reach challenges already bought on seven days' notice.
Trading conditions (20% of the grade)
69/100 · Fair
Expert advisors are banned on the Instant Funding and crypto plans, the typical forex plan sets a profit target as large as its maximum loss and adds a daily limit, and both crypto plans run on DXtrade alone.
Company trust (15% of the grade)
70/100 · Good
The terms reserve legal action over a public complaint even if it is true, the funded-stage company goes unnamed at checkout, and the seller calls itself a payment agent on its own site.
Challenge value (15% of the grade)
70/100 · Good
Per $1,000 of capital, the cheapest forex route is a $100,000 Three Phase or Lightning account at $399, or $3.99, while crypto accounts start at $9.90 per $1,000.
Payout reliability (25% of the grade)
Not scored
No FXIFY payout has been followed from purchase to bank, and no independent payout records or checked payout proofs are held for it, so this factor is not scored yet.
Support (5% of the grade)
Not scored
FXIFY's terms set a 30-day deadline for resolving a complaint, but whether its support actually answers, and how fast, has not been tested here or at any other firm.

Accurate?

Our verdict

FXIFY offers a wide choice of routes to funded forex accounts, a UK company and a broker group behind it, but a terms clause against truthful reviews, payouts that lock your floor and a funded-stage agreement not linked at checkout limit what a trader can count on.

Best for

  • Traders who want to pick a rule set and will read that route’s FAQ first.
  • News traders on One, Two or Three Phase.
  • Traders who plan to leave a buffer after every payout.

Avoid if

  • You want the funded-stage agreement linked at checkout, before you pay.
  • You plan to withdraw all your profit and keep trading.
  • You want swap-free trading.

Questions traders ask

Which company am I contracting with?

FXIFY Solutions Limited, a UK company (14451720) that describes itself as a payment agent, sells the challenge. Clause 8 of the General Terms says the funded stage is with a “third-party company” it does not name, but FXIFY’s separate Agreement, which checkout does not link, names FXIFY Solutions Limited as the company that funds the account. The site footer also names Prime Intermarket Group Eurasia Ltd, a licensed investment dealer in Mauritius, without identifying it as the funded-stage company.

What is the difference between One Phase and Two Phase Static?

The floor. On the static Two Phase account, the 10% limit sits at a fixed line for the life of the account. One Phase’s 6% limit follows your closed balance until you are 6% up, or a payout is processed, and then locks at the starting balance.

Which is actually tighter?

Until the lock, One Phase. On a $100,000 account the static Two Phase line stays at $90,000, while One Phase’s starts at $94,000 and rises with every profitable close. After a payout, One Phase’s floor sits at $100,000.

When is the daily limit calculated?

From your balance at 5 PM Eastern the previous day, on most FXIFY routes. Breaches are measured on live equity, so an open loss can breach the limit even if the balance later closes above it.

Are the crypto routes documented?

Yes. Crypto accounts run on DXtrade only. The one-step challenge has a 9% target and at least 4 trading days, and both crypto accounts use a 3% daily limit, a 6% trailing limit and a 25% consistency rule once funded, with a 5-minute news blackout.

Which countries are restricted?

FXIFY’s FAQ lists 35, including Russia, Belarus, Vietnam, Kenya, Ghana, Algeria and Venezuela. The site footer also lists the United States, which the FAQ list does not, so US traders should confirm with FXIFY before buying.

Facts checked: 15 September 2026, against FXIFY’s FAQ, program pages and terms. No payout independently verified. The funded-stage Agreement was checked on 23 September 2026.

Contract findings

  1. 5.4.1.3; 5.4.1.7; 5.4.1.8; 5.4.3; 5.5 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

The rules that decide whether a paid account survives are not fixed by this contract. Three separate provisions hand the decision to FXIFY. 5.4.1.3 prohibits trades that "UNDER THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY ARE INVOLVE HIGHLY SPECULATIVE TRADING STRATEGIES", a standard defined only by "THE NORMS OBSERVED IN STANDARD TRADING PRACTICES". 5.4.3 closes with a general reservation to determine at its own discretion whether any trade, practice, strategy or situation is a Forbidden Trading Practice. 5.4.1.8 then prohibits anything "SEEN AS PROHIBITED AS PER THE SOLE DISCRETION OF FXIFY" and points to a list held outside the contract, which FXIFY may "ALTER AND AMEND" at any time on seven days' notice. In the PDF that word HERE is a live hyperlink, and its target is https://fxify.fxpig.com/faqs/all-faqs/what-strategies-can-i-use/ – a different host from the www.fxify.com the contract defines as the Website. So the operative list of prohibited strategies is published on a domain the contract never mentions. The consequences in 5.5 are not procedural: a Forbidden Trading Practice may be treated as failing the Challenge outright, may have its trades struck from the history and their profits uncounted, may attract a leverage restriction "for indefinite period of time", or may end every Service immediately. Clause 5.10 then removes the right to dispute that termination. Read together, a trader can lose a paid evaluation, and the funded status behind it, on a judgment FXIFY makes alone against a standard it can change after the purchase and publishes somewhere else.

  2. "Why should I join?" FAQ, list of USPs, against the 2 Phase Static FAQ and the per-program rules · FXIFY FAQ archive and site footer

"No Consistency Rules" is listed unqualified among the reasons to join, beside genuinely unqualified claims like commission-free FX. It is not accurate for the catalog FXIFY actually sells. Four programs carry a consistency rule: 2 Phase Static 25% on the funded account, Instant Funding Lite 20%, Lightning 30% in both the challenge and the funded stage, and Crypto Standard and Instant 25%. The FAQ for the 2 Phase Static account gives the narrower statement, accurate for that program, that there is no consistency rule for the evaluation phases and a 25% rule in the funded stage; Lightning differs again, with its 30% applying during the challenge. So the headline is wrong, and the rule a buyer is subject to depends on a program choice made later at checkout. Consistency rules are among the most consequential terms a prop buyer compares, because they cap what a trader may earn from their best day, and a buyer who filtered firms on this bullet would have ruled out competitors who disclose the same rule plainly.

  3. 1.1; 12.2 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Clause 1.1 makes FXIFY SOLUTIONS LIMITED the Provider of the Services, full stop: it is the counterparty for the Challenge, the Verification, the platform access and everything else the GTC governs. FXIFY's own site footer, captured 2026-09-15, describes the same company by the same registration number quite differently – "FXIFY Solutions Limited is a registered company in the United Kingdom (Company No. 14451720), with its registered office at 142 Central Street, Clerkenwell, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 8AR, operating as a payment agent" – and names beside it Prime Intermarket Group Eurasia Ltd, a Mauritius investment dealer. A payment agent and the provider of the entire service are not the same role, and the footer names no other provider, so a buyer comparing the two cannot tell which company is actually performing the contract. The registered office does not match either: the contract gives Unit 1 74 Back Church Lane, London, E1 1LX in both clause 1.1 and clause 12.2, and the footer gives 142 Central Street, Clerkenwell, EC1V 8AR. Same company number, two addresses, and the contract's is the one a formal notice would be sent to. The direction of travel is knowable – the GTC is dated November 2024 and the footer was read in September 2026 – but the contract on the site today still gives the old address as its address for service.

  4. 1.1; 5.4.1.4; 5.6; 5.7; 17.1.12 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

The document binds one company – FXIFY SOLUTIONS LIMITED, UK company 14451720 – and defines "Website" as www.fxify.com and nothing else. It then reaches well past both. Clause 5.4.1.4 makes trading "BETWEEN CONNECTED ACCOUNTS, OR ACCOUNTS HELD WITH DIFFERENT FXIFY ENTITIES" a Forbidden Trading Practice, so conduct on an account held with some other FXIFY company is judged here; clause 5.6 lets the Provider cancel everything where practices are executed "by combining trading through FXIFY Challenge and Verification accounts and FXIFY Trader accounts"; and clause 5.7 says involvement of an FXIFY Trader account "may and will constitute a breach" of that third party's terms and may end those accounts too. No other FXIFY entity is named anywhere in the twenty-one pages. The buyer is therefore told that their conduct elsewhere in a corporate group can cost them the thing they paid for, without being told which companies make up that group or where to read their terms. FXIFY Futures is the concrete case: it is sold from fxifyfutures.com under its own separate terms, and it appears nowhere in this document.

  5. 1.5; 8 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Read in full, the twenty-one pages contain no promise to pay anybody anything. Clause 1.5 states it directly: "Unless expressly agreed otherwise, you will not be paid any remuneration or profits based on the results of your simulated trading". The saving words matter – a separate agreement can provide otherwise – but this document is not that agreement and does not identify it beyond clause 8's "third-party company". The words payout, profit split and performance split do not appear anywhere in the GTC, and neither does any figure for a split. Everything FXIFY advertises about what a successful trader receives therefore lives outside the contract the buyer accepts at checkout. FXIFY does publish an Agreement at fxify.com/agreement/, marked Last updated: March 2025, in which FXIFY Solutions Limited "agrees to pay you the percentage of profit generated on the account, as set forth in the Welcome Email". That page is not linked from the checkout, and the split it promises is fixed in an email sent after the funded account is created, so no document a buyer is shown before paying states what they will be paid.

  6. 11; 9.3 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

The anti-disparagement finding already in this package records clause 7.1, which reserves legal action over a public complaint. Clause 11 is the other half and it has not been recorded: the same conduct is an account consequence, not just a litigation risk. It lists, among the violations that trigger it, that the Customer "ACTS IN A MANNER THAT MAY DAMAGE THE PROVIDER'S GOOD REPUTATION", and the remedy is to prevent further orders and restrict access to all or some Services including the Client Account and trading platform, "WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION". Three things make it wider than it first looks. The trigger is MAY damage, so no actual harm is needed. Nothing in it requires the statement to be false; a true and documented account of a bad experience may damage a reputation, and the clause does not carve that out. And it is the operative limb, not a mutual courtesy – clause 9.3 does state the reputation undertaking as a two-way obligation of fair dealing binding the Provider as well, but 9.3 carries no remedy and 11 carries the remedy in one direction only. Clause 11 also cites "CLAUSE 8.3" and "CLAUSE 8.5" as triggers, and this document has no clause 8.3 and no clause 8.5; clause 8 is the unnumbered FXIFY Trader section.

  7. 11. Indemnification · FXIFY Agreement (fxify.com/agreement/)

Money owed to a funded trader can be held back once FXIFY is "informed of any pending action or possible loss". The trigger is a possible loss, not an established one, and the list it covers includes "customer complaints", with no amount fixed, no notice to the trader, no time limit and no route to challenge the set-off. For a trader, that means a payout already earned can be withheld against a claim that has not been made out, for as long as it is said to be pending.

  8. 13.3 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Not trading is drafted as a breach. Failing to execute any trade for two consecutive months makes the account inactive, and inactivity "will be considered as a breach of the GTC", which entitles FXIFY to withdraw from the contract and to take actions "which may include, but are not limited to, suspension or termination". Characterizing it as a breach rather than as an ordinary dormancy rule is what gives it reach, because clause 11 attaches consequences to breaches without notice or compensation, and clause 2.6 refuses a refund where the contract ends over a GTC violation. There is no stated warning, no grace period and no reinstatement route, and the open-ended "not limited to" leaves the consequence unfixed. This is a different mechanic from the 30-day activation clock in clause 6.1 already recorded in this package: that one runs before the first trade, this one runs after it and applies for as long as the relationship lasts. A funded trader who steps away for a family emergency, an illness, or simply a two-month period of poor market conditions is inside it.

  9. 14. Limitation of Liability · FXIFY Agreement (fxify.com/agreement/)

Everything FXIFY can owe a funded trader under the Agreement is capped at the profit the trader generated in the account. On its face, a trader whose account shows no profit, for example because it was closed by a platform fault or by an error, has a cap of nothing, and a trader in profit can recover no more than that profit whatever the loss. Claims about the trading environment must also be brought within one year.

  10. 15.1 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Changes take effect on contracts already concluded, on seven days notice, and the only way to refuse is to end the contract. Read with clause 2.6, which gives no refund where the customer terminates, the trader who rejects a mid-challenge rule change loses both the service and the fee. So the choice offered is accept the new terms or forfeit what you paid, which is not a choice between the old terms and the new ones. The seven-day notice and the express list of permitted change reasons in 15.3 are better than firms that reserve amendment silently, and that is worth recording alongside the rest.

  11. 2.2; 2.6; 6.1; 6.3; 6.5; 6.6 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

The governing document is page-dated November 6, 2024 on every one of its twenty-one pages and was read on 2026-09-15, so it is roughly twenty-two months old. What it describes is a catalogue of three things – Free Monthly Trading Contests, the FXIFY Challenge and Verification – and a single route through them: pay, activate at the first demo trade, pass the Challenge, pass the Verification, be recommended to the FXIFY Trader program. Section 6 is drafted entirely around that route, and 6.6 is the only failure machinery in the document. FXIFY's own program pages sell more than that. Instant Funding Lite and Instant Funding Standard have no evaluation at all, and the marketing states "No Requirements – purchase and trade"; Lightning and Three Phase are separate routes again, and crypto accounts are sold from their own route with their own FAQ category. None of those product names appears anywhere in the twenty-one pages, and neither does the word crypto or the word futures. Clause 2.6 still says the fee "is paid for allowing you to access the FXIFY Challenge". For an Instant Funding buyer there is no Challenge, no Verification and therefore no clause in this document that describes what they bought, what would end it, or what happens if it does. This is a gap in scope, not a contradiction: the contract is silent rather than wrong, which is why it is recorded separately from the marketing conflicts already in this package.

  12. 2.7 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Going to the bank over a charge is answered at the relationship level. If a customer lodges what FXIFY considers an unjustifiable complaint about the fee, or disputes it with their bank or payment provider through a chargeback or similar service, FXIFY may at its own discretion stop providing any services and refuse any future provision of any services. Two things are worth a buyer's attention. Whether the complaint was justifiable is judged by the party being complained about, with no standard stated and no review route. And the response is not limited to the disputed purchase: it reaches every service the customer holds and bars them from buying again. Set that beside clause 2.6, which refuses a refund where the customer fails the Challenge, cancels, or breaches the GTC, and the chargeback rail is the only route a dissatisfied buyer has left – which is the rail this clause is aimed at.

  13. 3.4; 4. The Account · FXIFY Agreement (fxify.com/agreement/)

A funded account can be closed immediately for trading "in any way that jeopardises the relationship The Prop Company has with a broker". The trader cannot know what that relationship requires: the Agreement does not name the broker or say what would jeopardise it, and 3.4 bars the trader from contacting the broker at all. The trigger turns on a relationship between two other parties, so a trader has no way to check in advance whether a strategy is inside it.

  14. 5. Profit Splits & Withdrawals · FXIFY Agreement (fxify.com/agreement/)

The Agreement that sets out the funded account does not state the share of profit the trader is paid. It promises only the percentage "as set forth in the Welcome Email", an email sent after the account is created, so a buyer cannot confirm the share from the Agreement before paying. The only figure the Agreement gives is its worked example, a 75% share with a 90% add-on. FXIFY's own FAQ works through the same kind of payout at 80%, saying "You will get the 80% portion ($8,000) or 90%". A trader reading the Agreement and the FAQ side by side is given two different default shares and no contract term that fixes either.

  15. 5. Profit Splits & Withdrawals · FXIFY Agreement (fxify.com/agreement/)

The Agreement limits profit withdrawals to one request every 30 days. FXIFY's program FAQs describe shorter cycles: the 2 Phase Pro FAQ describes "the withdrawal schedule which allows withdrawals every 10 days", and the crypto FAQ says that on the 1-Phase Funded Account "payouts are available every 14 days from your first trade". The Agreement makes no exception for any program. A trader who bought a program on the strength of a 10 or 14 day payout cycle signs a document that, read as written, allows a request only every 30 days.

  16. 5.10 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Where FXIFY has decided that a Forbidden Trading Practice occurred and has canceled the Services under 5.5, this clause states that the Customer "shall not have the right to dispute the termination of this contract". It is drafted as an absolute bar, not as a time limit or an escalation route, and it attaches to the one category of decision most likely to be contested, and the one the same document leaves entirely to FXIFY's discretion. The sentence is also ungrammatical as printed, beginning "In case" and running through two conditions before an "and" that has no main clause, which is quoted here as it stands. What such a bar would actually achieve in the courts of London named in clause 9.4 is a separate question and this finding takes no view on it. Its effect on the buyer is in the reading: the document tells them they have no recourse. This is recorded separately from the existing anti-disparagement finding, which quotes the second sentence of the same clause for a different purpose.

  17. 5.2 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Accepting the GTC grants consent for FXIFY to share every demo trade with "persons/entities who are in a group with the Provider or who are otherwise affiliated with the Provider", and authorizes those entities "to handle this information at their own will". The grant is automatic – no further consent, consultation or approval – and the clause states in terms that the customer is "not entitled to any remuneration or revenue associated with the use of the data". Nothing in the document names a single one of those affiliates or limits what they may do. FXIFY's own site footer names one other company beside FXIFY Solutions Limited: Prime Intermarket Group Eurasia Ltd, "licensed in Mauritius, as an Investment Dealer under License Number GB24204066". The footer does not say how the two companies are related, so a buyer cannot tell whether a licensed investment dealer is among the affiliates entitled to handle their order flow at their own will, unpaid. The clause is also the only place the document addresses the trader's strategy as an asset, and it assigns the whole of that value away from them.

  18. 5.6; 5.7; 5.8 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

The blast radius of a single finding is every account the trader holds. Clause 5.6 lets FXIFY cancel all Services and terminate all contracts "related to any and all Customer's FXIFY Challenge and Verification accounts", not merely the account where the conduct happened, and it explicitly covers practices executed across "accounts of various Customers" or by combining Challenge accounts with FXIFY Trader accounts. Clause 5.7 carries it into the funded stage: involvement of an FXIFY Trader account "may and will constitute a breach" of the third-party provider's terms and "may result in cancellation of all such user accounts". That matters here more than at most firms, because clause 8 of this same document says the FXIFY Trader agreement is with an unnamed third-party company that FXIFY is "in no way involved" with. FXIFY does not control that cancellation and does not promise anything about it, but it does write the clause that anticipates it. Clause 5.8 adds the repeat case, cutting off all Services with no compensation and no refund. A trader who has passed and is funded therefore holds a position that can be ended by a determination made on a different account, under a standard set at FXIFY's own discretion.

  19. 6.1; 2.6 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

FXIFY SOLUTIONS LIMITED is a UK company, so a consumer buying at distance has a statutory cancellation right. Clause 6.1 is drafted to defeat it by the ordinary route: opening the first demo trade is deemed an express request for immediate full performance, and full performance before the cancellation period expires ends the right. That is a lawful mechanism and it is disclosed in capitals rather than hidden, which is why this is filed as material rather than as a misrepresentation. What makes it worth recording is the combination. The trader who does not trade keeps the statutory right but loses the fee anyway on a timer – suspended at 30 days, terminated at six months with no refund. The trader who does trade loses the right at the first click. There is no window in which a buyer can both use what they bought and change their mind.

  20. 7.1; 5.10 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

The seventh review-restricting instrument in this dataset and the most explicit, because it abandons the usual pretence that falsity is the target. Every comparable clause elsewhere is keyed to something the trader did wrong – CTI restricts FALSE reviews, Top One Trader restricts negative ones naming Trustpilot, E8 prohibits HARMFUL content. This one reserves legal action over any public posting of a complaint or of any communication with the firm, and then says so expressly: "regardless if the content is deemed defamatory, misleading, or in violation of FXIFY's trademark rights". On the natural reading, the trigger is publication itself and the accuracy of what is published is declared irrelevant. Note also what is captured: not merely reviews, but "any communication with FXIFY" – so quoting the firm's own support reply in public is within the clause. Clause 5.10 adds the FundedElite pattern on top, treating "threats of defamation" as an illegal act inviting proceedings.

  21. 8. FXIFY TRADER · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions a buyer accepts at checkout say the funded stage is contracted with a company they never name: "a third-party company", acting "in its sole discretion", with FXIFY SOLUTIONS LIMITED stating it is "in no way involved" in that agreement "or lack thereof". FXIFY's own site says otherwise. An Agreement published at fxify.com/agreement/, marked Last updated: March 2025, sets out the terms of a funded account with "FXIFY Solutions Limited (the “Prop Company”)", and the FAQ says that after the ID checks FXIFY will "finalise the contract between you and FXIFY™". So the company that disclaims all involvement in the funded-stage agreement in the GTC is the company the Agreement names as the counterparty. The Agreement is not linked from the checkout or the site footer, where the only terms linked are the GTC, and the FAQ calls the document signed after passing a "Proprietary Trader Agreement", so a buyer cannot tell from what they are shown before paying whether the published Agreement is the one they would sign. Read with clause 2.6, which refuses a refund where the customer fails or cancels, the buyer pays for a path to a funded-stage contract whose counterparty the accepted terms describe as an unnamed third party and the firm's own pages describe as FXIFY itself.

  22. 9. Modification of Terms; 16.5 · FXIFY Agreement (fxify.com/agreement/)

The funded-account Agreement and its program rules can be changed by FXIFY at any time, with effect from the moment of notice, and continuing to trade counts as acceptance. Clause 16.5 repeats the power without mentioning notice at all. There is no minimum notice period and no right to reject a change other than to stop using the account. The GTC a buyer accepts at checkout give at least 7 days' notice and a right to reject a change; the Agreement that governs the funded stage gives neither.

  23. Order review warning; FAQ 'How do withdrawals affect drawdown on 1 and 2 phase Standard accounts' · FXIFY order-review warning and the linked withdrawal FAQ

Withdrawing all available profit destroys the account. The maximum drawdown locks at the INITIAL balance on withdrawal rather than trailing the profit, so a trader who takes everything is left with a balance exactly equal to their breach threshold – and the next trade, 'even of 0.01 lot', breaches it. FXIFY publishes three worked examples per account type showing precisely this, and states the outcome plainly: the withdrawal is processed and the account is forfeited. The trader keeps the money and loses the account. This is not buried: it is printed on the order-review screen before payment, which is more disclosure than most of the roster offers for a mechanic this consequential. It nonetheless means the advertised profit split can only be taken in full at the cost of the account that produced it.

  24. Restricted Jurisdictions (footer) against "What Countries are not accepted?" (FAQ) · FXIFY FAQ archive and site footer

FXIFY publishes two lists of who may not buy and they disagree about the largest market in the world. The footer, which appears on every page, names the United States first. The FAQ written to answer exactly this question lists 35 jurisdictions and does not name the United States at all. Read in full, the two lists are otherwise near-identical: 35 entries each, and the only other difference is Haiti, which the FAQ names and the footer does not. So this is not two loosely maintained lists drifting apart. It is the same list in both places with the United States present in one and absent from the other, which is harder to read as an oversight and impossible for a buyer to resolve. It is also not a case of one document being more specific: the FAQ is titled "What Countries are not accepted?" and presents itself as the complete answer. Other FAQ entries deepen it rather than settling it, describing payout arrangements for US states and noting MetaTrader is not offered to US clients, both of which read as accommodations for US customers who exist. A US resident doing ordinary diligence can arrive at either answer depending which page they read, and the FAQ states the cost of being wrong: misrepresenting your country risks being denied a live account and a refund.

  25. 1.4; 17.1.9 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

This package already records that FXIFY's site footer bars United States residents while its FAQ country answer does not mention them. The contract is a third list and it disagrees with the footer twice. Clause 17.1.9 names thirty-two Restricted Jurisdictions by hand. The United States is not among them, and neither is Belarus; the footer captured on 2026-09-15 names both, in an otherwise identical list in an identical order. Clause 1.4 makes it worse rather than better, because it defines Restricted Jurisdictions as countries "determined as such by the Provider and published on the Website or in the framework of these GTC" – two sources, joined by or, that do not agree – and then reserves the right to refuse, restrict or terminate services on that basis. A United States resident reading the binding document finds no bar; the same person reading the footer of any page on the site finds one. Since 1.4 also lets FXIFY terminate for a breach of it, the buyer carries the risk of the discrepancy. Offered as an amendment to the existing footer-versus-FAQ finding rather than as a separate publication, if the data session prefers to merge them.

  26. 10.2 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Where a court or other competent authority finds FXIFY liable in connection with the website or the provision of the Services, liability is limited to the fee the customer paid for the service in question. The same clause disclaims indirect, incidental, special, punitive and consequential damages, and lost profit by name. In practice this is a ceiling measured in the low hundreds of dollars for most of the catalogue, and a claim would most naturally be about something worth far more than the fee – a funded account ended, or profits not counted. It is a common shape across this roster and it is not hidden: it is set out in the capitalised disclaimer section rather than buried. Recorded so a buyer can size the remedy against the risk, not as a suggestion that the clause is unusual.

  27. 11; 6.1; 9.7; 10.5; 14.1; 16.6; 17.1.2; 17.1.3; 17.2; 2.14 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

The document's internal references do not match its own numbering, and the clause that cuts off a paid account is one of the ones affected. Clause 11 makes acting "IN CONFLICT WITH CLAUSE 8.3" and performing "ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES REFERRED TO IN CLAUSE 8.5" grounds for restricting access: there is no clause 8.3 and no clause 8.5, because clause 8 is the unnumbered FXIFY Trader section. The pattern repeats. Clause 9.7 saves consumer rights from "the provisions of clause 8" where the provisions in question are in clause 9; clause 10.5 does the same for "Clause 9" where they are in clause 10; clause 14.1 sends a defect notice to the address "listed in clause 11.2" where it is in 12.2; clause 6.1 points to "CLAUSE 12" for the withdrawal right, which is clause 13; definition 17.1.2 cites clause 8.1 for Content, which is defined in 9.1; and one entry in the definitions list is numbered 19.1.3. Clause 16.6 makes "the schedules to the GTC" integral parts of it and no schedule is attached. Clause 17.2 promises definitions "For the purposes of the GTC and their schedules" and the document then stops after two of them, ending on a semicolon on page 21 with no closing provision. Clause 2.14 ends mid-thought: "in advance on a best-efforts basis of any changes in its operating hours. trading hours by a written notification." Clause 5.4.1.5 contains a stray sub-item lettered "(e)" in a list numbered 5.4.1.1 to 5.4.1.8. All of these were checked against the source PDF page by page and are in the original, not artifacts of text extraction. The consequence for a trader is narrow but real: on the face of the document, two of the six grounds for cutting off their account point at nothing, and the definitions section on which the operative terms depend is unfinished.

  28. 2.10; 2.9; 15.1 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

The contract is archived and the customer is refused access to it. Clause 2.10 ends: "We archive the contract in electronic form and do not allow access to it." On its own that is a housekeeping oddity. Against clause 15.1 it becomes a practical problem, because 15.1 lets FXIFY change the GTC "with effect for the contract previously entered into by the Customer" on seven days' notice. A trader who wants to check what they actually agreed to, and what has changed since, has no way to retrieve the version they accepted from the only party that holds it. The same section contains a second wrinkle worth flagging for the data session rather than for a buyer: clause 2.9 says a unilateral change to fees and parameters "does not affect the Services purchased before the change is notified", while 15.1 says changes take effect for contracts already entered into. Those two sentences do not say the same thing, and the document gives no rule for which prevails.

  29. 4.5; 5.5 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Around scheduled news, FXIFY may drop leverage on FX and metals from the standard ratio to 10:1, from ten minutes before an event until five minutes after it. The sentence that follows is the one to read twice: "Notwithstanding the above, positions which were opened prior to the Reduced Leverage Window shall be affected by the reduced leverage." The introductory word points one way and the operative words point the other, but as printed the clause applies the cut to positions a trader already held when the window opened, which is where margin pressure actually bites. The twenty-four hours' notice promised in the same clause is attached only to the separate discretionary power to lower ratios for other periods, not to the automatic news window. Clause 5.5(iii) is a third route to the same place, allowing a leverage restriction "for indefinite period of time" as a penalty for a Forbidden Trading Practice. The wording was checked against the source PDF and is in the original.

  30. 9.3; 9.4 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Two consecutive clauses give two different answers. 9.3 says the law of England and Wales, which is correct and is a single legal system. 9.4 says "the laws of the Wales", which is not a jurisdiction – Wales has no separate body of private law and no separate courts. It is plainly a drafting error rather than a device, and the courts of London are named, so the practical outcome is not in real doubt. It is recorded because a governing-law clause is the one clause that must be unambiguous, and because the same paragraph also reads "on-contractual" for "non-contractual". Set against the substance, which is genuinely good news for a buyer: a UK-registered company, number 14451720, with a London registered office, English law and London courts. That is a forum a European or British customer can actually reach, and Companies House makes the entity verifiable – unlike the Comoros, Anjouan and SVG registrations elsewhere in this roster. The GTC are page-dated 6 November 2024, so they were about twenty-one months old when read.

  31. Review Your Order · FXIFY order-review warning and the linked withdrawal FAQ

A payment made by anyone other than the trader can terminate the account. The rule is stated at the order-review step rather than in a policy page, and the consequence is termination rather than a refund or a request to re-pay. It bites in ordinary circumstances – a family member paying, a shared card, a trader without their own card in a country where the rails are thin – and several firms on this roster accept exactly those payments without comment.

  32. 14.1; 14.2 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Favourable to the trader and recorded as context, not as a mark against the firm. Section 14 gives a complaint an actual shape: a right to require the defect be remedied or a reasonable discount given, a right to withdraw from the contract where it cannot be remedied, a written confirmation of receipt and settlement, a stated outer limit of thirty calendar days, and a right to withdraw from the contract if FXIFY misses it. Most contracts on this roster give a support e-mail address and no deadline attached to anything. Two qualifications keep it honest: 14.1 states in the same breath that "The Provider does not provide any guarantee for the quality of the services", and 14.1 directs the notice to the address "listed in clause 11.2", which is a numbering error for 12.2.

  33. 6.3; 13.2 · FXIFY General Terms and Conditions

Favourable to the trader and recorded as context. Two provisions are better than the roster norm. Clause 6.3 makes the Verification stage available "free of charge" to anyone who passes the Challenge, so the second phase is not a second purchase. Clause 13.2 attaches a hard deadline and a method to the consumer withdrawal right: all fees received, refunded by the same route they were paid, no later than thirty days after withdrawal. Several firms on this roster promise a refund with no timetable at all. The limits on both are already recorded elsewhere in this package – the withdrawal right is spent at the first demo trade under clause 6.1, and clause 2.6 excludes a refund in every other circumstance – so this records what the document does give, without implying it gives more.
