The short answer
My Funded Futures sells US futures evaluations for a one-time fee with no activation fee, and its Rapid plans allow a payout request every day once the buffer is cleared. A perpetuals product line sits in its site navigation; this review covers the futures plans only. The trading rules sit in a Simulated Trader Agreement that is not among the documents a buyer accepts at checkout. Once your performance qualifies, the move to a live account cannot be refused, live costs come out of your balance, and a single $10,000 day on Rapid forfeits anything earned above it.
How it works
My Funded Futures sells three plan families that differ in drawdown and payout speed. The table shows the $50,000 evaluation rules for each.
| Plan | Profit target | Maximum loss | Daily loss | Consistency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Builder 50K | $3,000 | $2,000, end of day | $1,000 soft pause | None |
| Rapid 50K | $3,000 | $2,000, end of day | None | 50% |
| Rapid EOD 50K | $3,000 | $2,000, end of day | None | 30% |
| Pro 50K | $3,000 | $2,000, end of day | None | 50% |
- Rapid also comes in $25,000 to $150,000, and Pro in $100,000 and $150,000, with the targets and loss limits scaled up.
- Once funded, Rapid’s loss limit trails your intraday equity high; Builder and Rapid EOD trail end of day. Funded accounts start at a $0 balance.
- Minimum days are 1 on Builder, 2 on Rapid and Pro, and 4 on Rapid EOD. My Funded Futures publishes no fixed maximum number of trading days for the evaluation, and prices every plan as a one-time payment carrying 365 days of access.
- Positions are closed automatically at 4:10 PM Eastern, when the New York session closes. My Funded Futures runs that as a safety net and says plainly that it does not breach live traders for it.
- Accounts bought from 25 August 2026 close after 7 days without a trade.
The firm states both halves of that, in two separate help articles:
Trades may be placed beginning at 6:00 PM EST when the Globex session opens and can remain open until the New York session closes at 4:10 PM EST […] any open positions will be automatically closed at 4:10 PM EST on regular (non-holiday) trading days.
Luckily, we have systems in place for all our live accounts to ensure your trades are closed before 4:10 pm EST. We do not breach our live traders for this.
So on a regular trading day the platform enforces the close, not the trader, and being caught by it is not a breach. Holiday sessions are the exception the firm names: auto-liquidation does not run at the half-day close, the trader has to close the positions, and failing to do so will breach the account unless the firm says otherwise.
On a funded Rapid 50K account the loss limit is still $2,000, but it now follows your equity during the day, open trades included. If a trade reaches $1,500 in profit and you let it fall back to break-even, the limit has moved up $1,500, so you end the day $500 above it rather than $2,000. In the evaluation, which is measured at the end of the day, the same round trip would have left the limit where it was.
How much does My Funded Futures cost?
My Funded Futures charges one fee per account, with no activation fee on any plan. The four plans are priced like this:
| Account | Builder | Rapid | Rapid EOD | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $105 | $145 | $145 | Not sold |
| $50,000 | $153 | $209 | $209 | $265 |
| $100,000 | Not sold | $356 | Not sold | $401 |
| $150,000 | Not sold | $463 | Not sold | $557 |
Builder is the cheapest way in at both sizes it sells, and Rapid and Rapid EOD cost the same as each other wherever they overlap, so the choice between them is about how the drawdown behaves and not about price. Only Rapid and Pro reach $150,000.
Four costs sit outside that table:
- There is no activation fee on any plan, and new purchases are one-time payments.
- A refund must be requested by email within 14 days of purchase, on an account bought directly from the firm with no trading activity, and accessing market data counts as trading. The Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of the Terms, keeps a $75 fee from any refund, though the help center still describes a full refund. Crypto purchases are never refunded.
The Terms state the default the other way round:
One-time payments are non-refundable except as set forth in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The 14-day window is not in the Terms themselves. That clause points to a separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the refund conditions live in it.
- Live accounts pay their own costs: CME professional data, commissions and platform licenses come out of the account balance.
- A chargeback freezes the accounts tied to your profile while it is reviewed, and filing one over a service you have already accessed brings a permanent bar. The same policy states that nothing in it limits your legal right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank.
Resets restore your balance but do not extend the account.
Platforms and trading conditions
My Funded Futures supports Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TradingView, Quantower, ATAS, Deepcharts and Volumetrica for CME futures.
- Contract limits run from 2 minis on Builder 25K to 15 on a funded Pro 150K, where the evaluation allows 9, and combining minis and micros to exceed them can breach the account.
- Tier 1 news is off limits on funded Rapid and Pro accounts: no positions or orders 2 minutes either side of FOMC, CPI or the employment report. Evaluations and Builder may trade it.
- No trading within 2% of a CME price limit on funded and live accounts.
- Hedging on the same underlying is banned, including a mini against its micro.
- Copy trading between your own accounts is allowed.
The rules that matter
My Funded Futures publishes its plan rules in detail. Four terms decide what a funded trader keeps.
The rules are in an agreement you do not accept at checkout
Buyers agree to the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Platform Selection Disclaimer and Data Disclaimer. The Terms contain no numeric trading rules and defer them to a Simulated Trader Agreement, which is not one of those four documents.
The consent recorded at checkout names those four documents and no others:
“I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Platform Selection Disclaimer, and Data Disclaimer.”
You cannot refuse the move to live
The help center says that once the risk team moves you to a live account, “rejecting the move to a Live Funded Account is not possible.” Live accounts carry their own data, commission and platform costs, and payout frequency is set by agreement with the risk team.
What a $12,000 day does on a Rapid 50K funded account
Making $10,000 in one day moves you to live automatically. The $2,000 above $10,000 that day is forfeited. Of the $10,000, up to $5,000 is held in a Reserve. It is released as a performance bonus once you reach 20 profitable live days and $10,000 of cumulative live payouts. There is a second route out of it: if the live account breaches its maximum loss limit, the Reserve first covers any negative live balance, and what is left is re-deposited into the dormant sim funded account, which is then withdrawal-only.
The help center and the Terms name different arbitrators
The refund policy says unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, and that by signing up “traders waive chargebacks and court actions”.
The help center’s Refund & Cancellation Policy puts it like this:
“Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. By signing up, traders waive chargebacks and court actions, ensuring a fair, streamlined resolution process for everyone.”
Three statements there, and the binding Terms match none of them: the arbitrator is JAMS and not the AAA, section 19 preserves a court route in Collin County, and no clause of the Terms waives a chargeback. A trader in a billing dispute who reads the help center believes they have given up more than they have.
The chargeback policy treats a dispute over a service already used as fraud.
The Terms name a different body. Section 20 sends disputes to JAMS, not to the American Arbitration Association, and section 19 fixes where any court action may be brought:
“19. Jurisdiction. Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 19, the parties agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in (i) the state courts located in Collin County, Texas, or (ii) the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division. […] 20. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms […] shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, conducted by one neutral arbitrator in Collin County, Texas. […] The parties shall evenly share the costs of arbitration.”
Two documents naming two different arbitration bodies is itself the finding, and the firm settles which one governs: its chargeback policy states that in a conflict “the Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy shall control”. So the JAMS clause is the binding one. A dispute goes to one arbitrator in Collin County, Texas, the parties share the cost of the arbitration evenly, section 20.3.1 waives class actions, and section 20.2 has the losing side paying the winning side’s costs and attorneys’ fees.
What My Funded Futures says
Right of reply: none received. This review’s one critical finding is drawn from My Funded Futures’ own documents. The firm was sent it on 6 September 2026 and let the fourteen-day window run out on 20 September without responding. Its reply, if one comes, will be reproduced here verbatim.
Getting paid: how does My Funded Futures pay out?
My Funded Futures pays 90% on Rapid and 80% on Builder and Pro. The rules differ by plan:
- Rapid: daily payouts from 24 hours after your first funded trade, once you clear a buffer of $2,100 on 50K, with a $500 minimum and no cap.
- Rapid EOD: daily, after the buffer, each time you add $500 of new profit on 50K.
- Builder: you may request a payout 48 hours after your first trade, provided the payout criteria are met, which include the 50% consistency rule and a cleared buffer. The maximum is $2,000 per request on 50K. Each request needs 2 trading days in the cycle and $500 of net profit above the buffer, the consistency calculation resets after every approved payout, and the sim route runs out at 5 payouts: after the fifth you become eligible for a live funded account.
- Pro: every 14 days, $1,000 minimum, up to $100,000 per trader before live.
One Builder term matters more than any of the above, and it applies the moment you are paid. My Funded Futures states it plainly:
After your first payout, the Max Loss Limit resets to $100.
On a Builder plan the room you had while reaching that first payout is not the room you keep afterwards. The $100 is where the floor sits, not how much you are allowed to lose: from then on your room is whatever the balance holds above $100, and the limit stops trailing up behind you.
The buffer you clear before any of it is per plan and per size: $2,100 on a 50K Rapid account, $3,100 on 100K and $4,600 on 150K. On Pro you do not have to clear it all first, because the firm allows you to “withdraw up to 60% of your profits before fully clearing the buffer”. That is a one-time withdrawal rather than a standing option, and the other 40% stays in the account. The minimum withdrawal on Pro is $1,000, and $100,000 is the most a trader can take out of the simulated funded stage in total, not a ceiling on one request.
- Payouts go through Riseworks by bank or crypto, or by ACH for US traders. Identity checks come before you trade a funded account.
Builder works the other way round from Rapid and Pro. It has no consistency rule in the evaluation, then applies a 50% rule once funded, so your best day can be no more than half of your total profit when you ask for a payout. On Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro, the consistency rule applies to the evaluation only.
What can end your account
These rules can end a My Funded Futures account. Each comes from its own help center:
- Falling below the maximum loss limit, including through open losses.
- 7 days without a trade on accounts bought from 25 August 2026.
- Trading Tier 1 news on a funded Rapid or Pro account.
- Trading within 2% of a CME price limit, or hedging the same underlying.
- Using someone else’s card, sharing a device, or filing a chargeback over a service you have already accessed.
Who can join
My Funded Futures lists 88 places where it does not accept traders, 86 countries plus Crimea and the non-mainland parts of France, and adds two rules:
- Restricted places include China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Nigeria and South Africa.
- Traders traveling to a restricted country may keep trading but cannot buy or reset accounts there.
- Identity and anti-money-laundering checks apply to every trader before funded trading.
Who you are dealing with
My Funded Futures is a US company. The table shows what its documents state.
| Detail | What My Funded Futures’ documents state |
|---|---|
| Company | MyFunded Futures, LLC |
| Courts (Terms) | State courts of Collin County, Texas, or the Eastern District of Texas |
| Disputes (help center) | Binding AAA arbitration |
| Payment model | One-time, from 25 August 2026 |
- Evaluation and funded accounts are simulated. Live funded accounts trade a real brokerage account.
- Existing subscribers keep their plan, price and billing terms.
Section 19 of the Terms names the Texas courts but opens with “Subject to the arbitration provisions”, and section 20 sends disputes to “final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS”, before one arbitrator in Collin County, Texas. It adds: “The parties shall evenly share the costs of arbitration.” So the Terms name JAMS where the help center names the American Arbitration Association. Both send a trader with an ordinary claim to arbitration rather than to a court hearing, though section 20.1 keeps a court route open for injunctive relief.
Its Trustpilot profile scored 4.9 across 21,315 reviews on 27 August 2026, with 95% at five stars against 2% at one.
Why this grade
Every rule that decides whether you pass, fail or get paid sits in a document you cannot obtain before you buy. That is what holds My Funded Futures’ grade back.
You can read the marketing rules. You cannot read the agreement that governs them until after you have paid, and it is the one that controls the outcome.
Its drawdown also changes character on funding for one plan family, and the number does not change with it. Through the evaluation the maximum loss limit trails at the end of the day on every plan. On a funded Rapid account the same dollar figure trails your equity high in real time, open trades included, so a gain you hand back has already moved the floor up behind you. Builder, Rapid EOD and Pro keep the end-of-day basis once funded. What does not change at either stage is an open loss: the firm states that if an open position takes the balance below the minimum, the attempt fails. A trade that dips deep and recovers before the close is not a free ride in the evaluation.
If you had a billing dispute, the help center tells you that you have given up your bank and the courts and that any arbitration runs under AAA rules. The Terms say none of those three things: they name JAMS, they name the Texas courts, and they contain no chargeback waiver at all.
What its documents describe cannot be checked against what it does, because the document that matters is the one you cannot get. No payout has been followed through, and its support has not been put to use. Those are two of the six things we score, and both stay open until we can test them.

Our verdict
My Funded Futures offers daily payout requests on Rapid, no activation fee and a named US company, but rules held in an agreement buyers do not see, a live move traders cannot refuse and a cap on a single big day limit what a funded trader keeps.

- Futures day traders who want daily payouts on Rapid.
- Traders who want no activation fee and a one-time price.

- You want to stay on a simulated account rather than go live.
