The short answer

Ment Funding sells one-step evaluations in forex, futures and equities, and the three products have different rules. Forex has no time limit and no consistency rule up to $1,000,000, but you cannot open a trade 3 minutes either side of news, and positions close on Friday afternoon unless you buy the weekend add-on. Futures have a 90-day limit and a 33% consistency rule. There are no refunds, Ment does not name how payouts are sent, and its terms define the company you deal with as a group of five names at once.

How it works

Ment’s three products each need one phase to pass. The table shows the main rules for each.

ForexFuturesEquities
Profit target10%10%15% static or 10% trailing
Maximum loss6%, static6%, static6%
Daily loss5%3%2% static or 3% trailing

ConsistencyNone up to $1,000,00033%33%
Profit split75%, or 90% with add-on75%, or 90% with add-on80%, or 90% with add-on
  • On forex and futures the loss limit locks at your starting balance after your first payout. Withdraw everything above it and the account is forfeited, so leave a cushion. A trailing equities account works differently: the limit follows your closed balance until you are 6% up, then locks at the starting balance.
  • The daily limit on futures is measured against the previous day’s closing balance and resets at 5 PM Eastern. On equities it runs intraday against the day’s high point.
  • Funded forex accounts over $1,000,000 need a 35% consistency rule before a withdrawal, and the $2,000,000 account caps daily profit at 2.5%.
  • Equities adds a 3% daily profit cap, which pauses trading for the day, and at least 3 separate days of 0.5% or more before a payout.
  • Equities positions must be held at least one minute, or the profit on that trade is forfeited. On Trailing equities accounts, the 33% consistency rule applies to the evaluation only.
  • Funded accounts are issued 24 to 48 business hours after your ID check and trader agreement. The Terms add that no live trading is provided directly by the Company, and that a trader who passes is allocated capital under a separate agreement with Prop Account, LC.

How much does Ment Funding cost?

Prices for each size are in the price box on this page. Four things the box cannot show:

  • Add-ons raise the fee: a 90% split adds 20% on forex, and holding over the weekend adds 10%.
  • There are no refunds. Ment’s refund policy says the service “is rendered immediately on purchase” and all transactions are final.

The Refund Policy gives the reason and the rule in one sentence:

A Ment Funding evaluation is a service that is rendered immediately on purchase. There are no refunds on any service purchased from the Company, and all transactions are final.

Because delivery is treated as complete at the moment of payment, there is no window at all, including before a single trade is placed.

  • Paying in crypto means buying from Breeze, a separate merchant of record whose terms cap its liability at $100 and require arbitration.
  • The charge shows as dashboardanalytix.com on your statement.

Card payments go through Checkout.com, and PayPal is also accepted.

Platforms and trading conditions

Each Ment product has its own platforms, so the choice depends on what you trade:

  • Forex: DXtrade, Match-Trader, cTrader or GooeyPro. Leverage up to 1:20 on forex and metals, 1:10 on indices, 1:5 on oil and 1:2 on crypto.
  • Futures: Rithmic, ATAS or DXFutures. Front-month CME contracts only, trading 17:00 to 15:55 Central, with positions closed automatically and no weekend holds. News trading is allowed.
  • Equities: GooeyPro only. S&P 100 stocks at 2:1, $0.02 a share, during the cash session, with no holding through earnings, dividends, splits or mergers.
  • Expert advisors and scalping are allowed on forex. Commissions match what the liquidity provider charges.

The rules that matter

Ment’s forex rules are light, and that is its selling point. Three details still decide whether a forex account survives.

News and Friday

You cannot open a position from 3 minutes before to 3 minutes after a news event, though holding one through it is fine. Positions close at 3:45 PM Eastern on Friday unless you bought the weekend add-on.

Hedging stays inside one account

Hedging is allowed only within a single account. Opposite positions across accounts are not.

What the limits mean on a $100,000 account

The target is $10,000, the daily limit $5,000 and the maximum loss $6,000, fixed at $94,000. One bad day can leave only $1,000 of room. After your first payout the floor moves up to $100,000, so a trader at $120,000 who withdraws $16,000 is left with $4,000 to lose.

Getting paid: how does Ment Funding pay out?

Ment’s published split is 75% on forex and futures by default, and 80% on equities. The payout rules differ by product:

  • Forex: first withdrawal at any time, then every 30 days.
  • Futures: first withdrawal once the target and consistency rule are met, then every 30 days.
  • Equities: first payout after 14 days, then every 14 days, with a $100 minimum.
  • You request payouts with the Withdraw Profits button in your dashboard. Ment does not publish the payment method, provider or processing time.
  • If you breach while in profit, Ment says profit up to the most recent payout cycle remains payable, subject to its standard cycle rules.

What can end your account

These rules can end a Ment Funding account. Each comes from Ment’s own rules and terms:

  • Touching the daily or maximum loss limit.
  • Withdrawing down to the locked loss limit after a payout.
  • No trade opened or closed in 30 days.
  • Holding equities through a corporate action, or missing the 90-day futures window.

Who can join

Ment says most countries are accepted, with a small list of restricted places, mainly those under international sanctions. It does not publish the list, so ask support before buying if you live near a sanctions boundary.

Who you are dealing with

Ment’s Terms define “the Company” as a group of four names at once, and its other documents name different ones. The table shows what each says.

DocumentWho it names
Terms of ServiceProp Account, d/b/a Dashboard Analytix, Prop Account LLC, Prop Account Cayman, LC
Privacy PolicyProp Account, LLC
Terms, funded stageProp Account, LC, for the live account agreement

The Terms name them all at once, in a single definition:

Ment Funding, through the Prop Account Group of Companies (“Prop Account, d/b/a Dashboard Analytix, Prop Account LLC, Prop Account Cayman, LC (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) […]

The punctuation is the firm’s own. Every obligation in the agreement then runs to “the Company”, which is all four of those names together. A trader with a claim is left with the whole group as the counterparty, across more than one jurisdiction, and the contract does not separate them.

When we read the same definition on 27 August 2026 it also named Forest Park FX LTD. That name is in none of Ment’s four current documents, and the Terms still say they were last updated in July 2026.

  • The Terms do not say which company owes a payout or which to name in a claim.
  • Disputes go to arbitration in Quebec, under Quebec law, and both sides must attend there.
  • Ment Funding has been operating since 2021.

On 27 August 2026, Trustpilot showed 4.7 across 232 reviews, with 89% five-star and 2% one-star. That is a good shape, and it sits on a small review base.

Why this grade

Ment Funding’s trading terms are good and its rules are clearly stated. What stops it scoring higher is the price of the cheapest route to funding, a refund policy that leaves no window at all, and who you would be dealing with if something went wrong.

Two things the headline price leaves out are worth knowing before you buy. The 90% split the firm leads with is a paid add-on rather than something the account comes with. So is the longer evaluation window on the largest futures account: the futures standard is 90 days from your first trade, and the year-long version costs extra. Buy the base product and you are on 75% or 80%, with the advertised figure available at a price.

There is also no refund at any point, including the minute after you buy and before you have placed a trade. And if you ever needed to bring a claim, the contract names a group of companies across several countries and declines to say which of them you are dealing with.

Its trading rules are the part that holds up to reading. Whether the payouts behind them arrive, and how its support behaves when something goes wrong, are both still open. Ment Funding’s grade draws its evidence from its forex accounts; its futures and equities products have not contributed to it.

Accurate?

Our verdict

Ment Funding’s forex rules are light, with no time limit and no consistency rule up to $1,000,000, but it offers no refunds, does not say how payouts are sent, and does not name which company stands behind them.

Best for

  • Forex traders caught by consistency rules elsewhere.
  • Traders who want no time limit on a one-step forex evaluation.
  • Equities traders who want S&P 100 stocks with swing holds.

Avoid if

  • You trade forex news releases the moment they land.
  • You need to know how and by whom you will be paid before buying.
  • You want the option of a refund.

Questions traders ask

Which company am I contracting with?

The Terms define “the Company” as one group at once: Prop Account, d/b/a Dashboard Analytix, Prop Account LLC, and Prop Account Cayman, LC. The Privacy Policy names only Prop Account, LLC as data controller. You cannot tell from the documents which one owes a payout.

Can I get a refund?

No. The Refund Policy states the service “is rendered immediately on purchase”, so no refund window opens at any point, including before you place a trade.

Is there a consistency rule?

Not on forex accounts from $25,000 to $1,000,000, and there is no time limit. Funded forex accounts above $1,000,000 need a 35% consistency rule before a withdrawal. Futures and equities both carry a 33% consistency rule.

Why does the price change when I add options?

Two add-ons are priced as uplifts on the fee: a 90/10 split option at plus 20%, and holding over the weekend at plus 10%. The first also changes the split you receive, so the headline split is not what a buyer on that add-on gets.

Can I buy a $5M account?

No. The largest account you can buy is $2,000,000, and that size cannot be scaled. Accounts bought at up to $1,000,000 can double through the scaling plan, up to $5,000,000.

Does paying with crypto change anything?

Yes. Crypto payments run through Breeze as merchant of record, which sells “as principal”, so that purchase is from Breeze and not from Ment. Its terms cap total liability at one hundred dollars and require binding arbitration with a class-action and jury-trial waiver.

Are futures and equities covered in this review?

Yes. Futures have a 10% target, a 3% daily limit, a 33% consistency rule, a 90-day evaluation window and no weekend holds. Equities cover S&P 100 stocks on GooeyPro, with a 3% daily profit cap, an 80% split and payouts every 14 days.

Facts checked: 26 August 2026 for pricing and platforms, 27 August 2026 for the rails, for the contract and entity. No payout independently verified.
