The short answer
FundedElite lets you build your own account at checkout: the loss limit, profit target, split, payout interval and leverage all change the price. Three rules in the fine print cost more than the headline suggests. Using the free retry drops your split to 50% for good. A minor rule slip, such as closing a trade inside 3 minutes, pays that payout at 30%. And a crypto payout is capped at $500 per cycle. The fee comes back only with your third payout.
How it works
FundedElite sells evaluations, instant accounts and an activation model. The table shows the default rules for each.
| Product | Before funding | Profit target | Maximum loss | Daily loss |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2-Step + Free Retry | 2 phases | 6% to 12%, then 5% | 5% to 10%, static | 5% |
| 1-Step + Free Retry | 1 phase | 6% to 12% | 5% to 10%, static | 3% |
| Lite 2-Step | 2 phases | 6% to 12%, then 5% | 6% to 10%, static | 4% |
| Lite 1-Step | 1 phase | 8% to 12% | 5% to 10%, static | 3% |
| Flash Activation | 1 phase, then an activation fee | 6% | 6%, static, then trailing once funded | 3% |
| Instant | None | None | 6%, trailing | 3% |
| Instant Elite | None | None | 6%, trailing | 3% |
| Catalyst | None | 5%, 8% or 10% per stage | 6% at $25,000, then 5%, trailing | 3% |
- Each evaluation phase needs 3 trading days, with no minimum size on any of them. The funded stage needs 3 trading days too, except on Instant and Instant Elite, where a payout needs 4 profitable days each worth at least 0.5% of the account. Flash Activation is the exception at both ends: its evaluation sets no minimum days at all, and its funded stage needs 3 profitable days.
- Only the two Free Retry products include a second chance. If you breach during an evaluation, you get one new account automatically, with a tighter limit and a permanent 50% split. On the 2-Step retry the daily limit drops from 5% to 3% and each phase 1 profitable day has to make 1% of the account; on the 1-Step retry the maximum loss drops from 8% to 6%.
- $300,000 accounts add a 60% consistency rule and 5 minimum days.
- Instant Standard has a 25% consistency rule; Instant Elite has none.
- Instant Elite starts at $50,000, with no smaller size, and its fee is refundable where the base Instant product shows no refund.
- Catalyst doubles your account after each approved payout, from $25,000 or $50,000 up to $1,000,000, with the split rising from 80% to 95%.
What it costs
Prices for each product and default size are in the price box on this page. Four things the box cannot show:
- Your choices change the price. Loss limit, target, split, payout interval, leverage, and add-ons for scalping and weekend trading are all priced at checkout.
- Flash Activation costs $5 to start, then $159 to $989 to activate after you pass, paid within 29 days.
- The fee comes back with your third payout if you passed first time. It does not if you used the second chance, reset after a breach, or had a soft breach reset your payout count.
- Refunds before trading: the Terms allow a request within 14 days if you have not traded, at FundedElite’s discretion. The FAQ is stricter: it treats a sale as final once your logins arrive.
Platforms and trading conditions
FundedElite’s checkout offers MetaTrader 5 and Match-Trader. Its product articles name MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker instead, so check the platform at checkout before you pay.
- You trade CFDs on forex, indices, commodities and crypto.
- Leverage on forex can be set at 1:30, 1:50 or 1:100.
- Every trade must stay open at least 3 minutes, or 30 seconds with the scalping add-on.
- You can hold over the weekend, but opening or closing a trade on Saturday or Sunday, including a stop being hit, needs the weekend add-on.
- News trading and Martingale are allowed, and grid trading is allowed unless it is manipulative. Where that line falls is decided by FundedElite after the trade. Expert advisors may only assist; they cannot trade for you.
- A VPN or VPS is allowed only if you tell FundedElite first, and travel needs proof.
The news permission has a catch. The homepage sells news trading as a headline feature, but clause 8.2 of the Terms lists as a prohibited practice “Gap trading by opening trades when major macroeconomic events are scheduled”. The Terms do not define gap trading, so they leave open whether an ordinary trade opened around a scheduled release falls inside the ban. FundedElite answers that question after the trade, and a prohibited practice can cost you pending rewards and the account under clause 8.4.
The same clause bans “Any strategy that artificially distributes profit across multiple days without proportionally distributing market risk.” That sits awkwardly beside the consistency rules, which require you to spread profit across days, because the Terms do not say what proportional risk means.
The rules that matter
FundedElite’s loss limits are clear. Three rules decide how much of a payout you keep.
Soft breaches pay 30%
A soft breach does not close the account, but that payout is paid at a 30% split and your payout count starts again. Soft breaches include trades held under the minimum time, IP flags from an unannounced VPN, a hedging flag, and passing on a single gamble. Repeat soft breaches can reset the account and cost you your profit.
Risk no more than half the daily limit on one market
Once funded, you cannot risk more than 50% of your daily loss limit on a single instrument in a day. On a 5% daily limit that is 2.5%. Risk counts even on winning trades, and without a stop loss it is measured from the worst price the trade reached.
Trailing limits follow equity
On Instant, Catalyst and funded Flash Activation accounts, the maximum loss follows the highest equity the account reaches, including open profit. On a $100,000 account with 6%, reaching $110,000 moves the limit to $104,000, and it never moves back.
News trading is advertised as a feature, and clause 8.2 may forbid it
FundedElite’s homepage carries a feature card headed “News Trading Allowed”:
“Trade high-impact events freely. If there’s opportunity in the markets, you should be able to take it.”
Clause 8.2 of the Terms lists among its prohibited trading practices:
“Gap trading by opening trades when major macroeconomic events are scheduled, or within 2 hours before a market closure of 2 hours or more.”
The clause can be read two ways and the Terms do not settle which. Read narrowly, the prohibited thing is gap trading and the mention of scheduled events merely describes it, so an ordinary intraday news trade is fine. Read widely, opening a trade when a major macroeconomic event is scheduled is itself the prohibited act, which is news trading as the homepage sells it. Section 2 defines no term called gap trading, and nothing in the Terms grants a news-trading permission to set against the card.
The reading is chosen after the trade, by the firm. Clause 8.4 sets what the wide reading costs: the trades removed, the evaluation disqualified, pending rewards and payouts forfeited, every active Challenge and Elite Account terminated, a permanent ban and no refund, all at the firm’s sole discretion and without prior notice.
What FundedElite says
Right of reply: no answer by the deadline. This review carries one critical finding taken from FundedElite’s own documents. FundedElite was sent it on 14 September 2026 and had not replied when its fourteen days ran out on 28 September. Whatever it says in reply will be printed here in full.
Getting paid
FundedElite’s payout rules depend on the options you bought. The table shows what each product needs.
| Product | Split | When you can ask |
|---|---|---|
| Evaluations | 60%, 70%, 80% or 95%, as chosen | Your chosen interval of 3, 7, 14 or 21 days, with the first payout after 21 days |
| Instant and Instant Elite | 70% on the first payout, then your chosen split | After 4 profitable days, on your chosen interval |
| Flash Activation | 80% | Every 14 days |
| Catalyst | 80%, rising to 95% | After the stage target and 5 profitable days: 14 days at $25,000, 7 days after |
- Payouts go through Rise to a bank account or other methods, with no withdrawal limit. Crypto payouts are capped at $500 per cycle, and fees come out of the amount.
- A second-chance account pays 50% on every payout.
- A soft breach pays 30% on that payout.
- Free or giveaway accounts can take at most 2% of the balance per payout.
- Funded allocation is capped at $400,000 per trader.
How fast a payout arrives is stated four ways. Clause 12.2 of the Terms defers to “the schedules and conditions published on the Website”. The homepage says payouts are processed within 3 days, its FAQ says you can request twice a week and be paid inside 48 hours, and the Catalyst page says the first payout is approved within 14 days and each one after in 7. Plan around the longest figure for the product you buy.
The live account
Funded accounts at FundedElite are demo accounts. A live account comes only by private invitation:
- FundedElite reviews your trading history and may invite you, speed that up, or wait for more data.
- Your trades are mirrored 1:1 to FundedElite’s live capital through a partner broker or liquidity provider. Its FAQ also says that for the vast majority of users it does not copy trades to live funds at all, so the mirroring describes the invited minority.
- The starting balance is margin only. It may be set from your last payout or your demo drawdown, and only profit above it can be withdrawn.
- Live traders cannot buy new challenges, and a breached live account bars purchases for 30 days.
What can end your account
These rules can end a FundedElite account. Each comes from FundedElite’s own FAQ and Terms:
- Touching the daily or maximum loss limit.
- No trade for 29 days. Recovering the account costs 40% of its original price.
- Weekend trading without the add-on.
- Hedging, even inside one account.
- Account or IP sharing, passing services, latency arbitrage or order spamming.
- Repeated soft breaches after a warning.
- Living in or being a national of a restricted territory.
Who can join
FundedElite restricts countries by platform, and you must be 18 or over:
- Every platform: Iraq, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Russia, Algeria, Syria, Turkey, Kenya, Somalia, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
- MetaTrader 5 also excludes the United States. Match-Trader also excludes Myanmar.
- Vietnam and Pakistan: challenges up to $100,000 only.
- The Terms also exclude any territory under EU, UN or other sanctions. ID checks run through Veriff.
Who you are dealing with
FundedElite is run by a named Italian company. The table shows what its Terms state.
| Detail | What the Terms state |
|---|---|
| Company | Quantum SRL, trading as Funded Elite |
| Registered office | Via Maira 13, Latina, Italy |
| VAT number | 03095010595 |
| Governing law | Italy |
| Disputes | Tribunale di Latina, exclusively |
- FundedElite says it is not a broker and uses only virtual capital, though its Catalyst page describes “a real funded account on day one”.
- It may sell traders’ trading data and hedge traders’ positions, according to its FAQ.
- The Terms ban using reviews as blackmail, not honest reviews. Clause 9.3 is aimed at threatening the company with negative reviews to win a refund or an advantage, which leaves ordinary criticism alone.
- The rest of section 9 is wider. Clause 9.1 opens the same section with a zero-tolerance policy on the “mistreatment of our staff, community, and brand reputation”, and 9.2 reaches “social media, or any other channel”. Mistreatment is not defined, and clause 9.4 attaches the same consequence to anything in section 9: FundedElite may “terminate all active Challenges and Elite Accounts without notice and without eligibility for any refund”. So brand reputation is a protected interest under a standard the Terms never set out.
On 27 August 2026, Trustpilot published no rating for FundedElite, and it said why. The profile carried a warning badge reading “This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.”, beside a panel reading “We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.” The star distribution on show was 77% at five stars against 8% at one, on a profile marked as one that invites reviews, so that spread is an invited one. None of it is a score, and none of it is a payout test.
Why this grade
FundedElite sells news trading as a headline feature on its homepage, while clause 8.2 of its Terms lists among prohibited practices “Gap trading by opening trades when major macroeconomic events are scheduled, or within 2 hours before a market closure of 2 hours or more.” Read narrowly, that bans a gap-trading tactic; read widely, it bans trading around the news the homepage invites you to trade. The Terms do not settle which reading applies, and the firm can choose after the trade. That conflict is the largest single deduction in FundedElite’s grade, because of what the wide reading can cost under clause 8.4: the trades removed, the evaluation disqualified, pending rewards and payouts forfeited, every active Challenge and Elite Account terminated and no refund, at the firm’s sole discretion and without prior notice.
Two smaller deductions sit in the same Terms. Clause 8.2 also bans “Any strategy that artificially distributes profit across multiple days without proportionally distributing market risk.” Meanwhile consistency rules on Instant, on Catalyst when you enable it at checkout, on Flash Activation’s funded stage and on every $300,000 challenge cap any one day’s share of your profit, so you must spread it. You can meet both, but the Terms never say what proportional risk means. And the refund terms point two ways: the Terms allow a refund request within 14 days of purchase if you have not traded, at the firm’s discretion, while its FAQ says all sales are final once your login credentials arrive.
The company itself carries no deduction. The Terms name Quantum SRL, an Italian company with a registered office in Latina, and a single named court for any dispute, the Tribunale di Latina. On price, its cheapest route to a funded account scores well for the capital it buys.
Trading conditions are scored on the drawdown basis alone, using the worst basis a buyer can be sold. On Instant, Instant Elite and Catalyst, and on Flash Activation once funded, the maximum loss trails the account upward instead of staying fixed at the starting balance.
On payment, its marketing presents timing three different ways: three days across the homepage, 48 hours in an FAQ answer, and on the Catalyst page a first payout approved within 14 days and every later one within 7. Its contract sets none of them. Clause 12.2 says only that requests are processed in accordance with the schedules and conditions published on the website. Payout reliability and support quality are unscored and left out of the calculation rather than counted as zero, so the grade stays preliminary while no payout has been verified and FundedElite’s funded trader agreement is still unreviewed.
FundedElite · what the record shows before you start
From the facts we hold for FundedElite: the published profit split reaches 80%, payouts run on a 7-days schedule, entry starts at $39, 59 trading rules are on record. This summary is assembled from the canonical record, not from the firm's marketing.

The current grade is C (preliminary) under methodology firm-grade-v1.1.0. Preliminary means the letter rests on what we have read so far and no payout has been tested yet, so it can move as verification completes.

Our verdict
FundedElite names its company and court and lets traders shape their own account, but the second chance, soft breaches and crypto cap can each cut what a payout is worth.
Best for
- Traders who want to set their own loss limit, target and payout interval.
- EU traders who value an Italian company and court.
- Swing traders who hold over weekends and trade news.
Avoid if
- You scalp trades shorter than 3 minutes.
- You want payouts in crypto above $500 a cycle.
- You expect the free retry to keep your original split.
